Diverse and tasty fondue options on the menu. Portion size was a little small considering what you pay. Our server was informative and helped guide us on what we might like. We weren’t sure how long to keep in our food would be the only drawback. We ended up figuring it out through a couple of tries. This is a new location from a few years ago, so if you haven’t been in a while, take note.

We went to celebrate our deceased son's 22nd birthday. The entire staff, was amazing as they knew him personally. Theresa, Savannah and Kayla especially were amazing. When we arrived (they always know us by sight) they gave us a card that read "Happy Birthday Trey", "We Miss You". That was so incredible to me that it was that personalized for him. Also they included a chocolate brownie and on the plate that had wings, a halo over a heart on it with a birthday candle. Since our son has been gone 19 months, this especially hit hard but meant so much to us. Everyone at the table was shedding tears. This is why we love you all so much. Theresa got lots of hugs that night. She was especially affected by our sons death (Trey and her were best buds when we would be assigned to her table. We love you all King of Prussia Melting Pot!!!!

Considering our reservation was for 5:30pm- We were seated at 5:20pm, starting eating our cheese and sides at 6:00pm we didn’t get out of there until 8:15?!?! The service was soooooo slow. This place was packed to the gills! Management was running around like chickens without heads. Everyone was pleasant but for the time of service I’d recommend trying another location. Be prepared for half hour breaks in between courses.

This was our first time visiting the new location and we were disappointed. The atmosphere had completely changed. It now feels like a regular mid-level restaurant instead of the cozy date night spot to which we were accustomed. The food was still excellent and our server was engaging and helpful. I’m sad that the feel has changed into something more commonplace from something special or out of the ordinary.

Overall a very lovely experience. Our meal was fresh everything very delicious. We we were seated within a few minutes of arriving. It did take while for our server to greet us and take and receive our drink orders. Service was noticeably slower than usual, probably due to Mother's Day volume. Also, the water from the sink faucet in the Ladies Room was freezing cold and did not warm up at all when washing our hands.

Mother’s Day early! Had never been , daughter in-law wanted to badly. Thought it weird to cook your own food but we had a lovely server who told us what to do and really mixed our cheese together (a former chef). Everything was fun delicious and amazing! Can’t wait to just come for dessert!!!
