I’ve been to many melting pots over the years and this one is either not well run or the franchise is falling apart. Loud, open floor plan, no dress code and food quality wasn’t up to par with what you pay. The waiter was the best part but they wanted us out as soon as the hours showed closed. They forced meals out to keep up with leaving early. I won’t likely go back.

Danny and the rest of the staff at this Melting Pot were amazing. Amazing food as always. Definitely try the Hatch Green Chile Cheese if you because you can’t get that at any other locations.

I had set a reservation for 7:15pm and was 15 min early to my reservation. I had to wait almost one hour before being seated as well as other guests that were there. There no guidance from the staff as far as what was going on, poor planing and managing for the day, completely acceptable to have us wait at least an hour for a reservation that was set, especially for a first time diner. Only thing that saved the night of the dinner was the service that was provided by the server, he was exponentially attentive, gave good recommendations and was clear with any question about the menu and the process of the experience. The food was good and I would definitely visit again to explore the menu and their cocktail and wine selection.

Everything about the food and related service was amazing. The food courses were outstanding and delicious, not really any problems here. Me and my fiancé are regular costumers so when we decided to go and participate of the valentines dinner we expected a better experience. At the moment we entered we encounter ourselves cluster with so many people waiting to be seated. Our reservation was scheduled at 7:15 pm and we got there at 7:10 and we had to wait until 7:55 to be seated. I really understand when restaurants are busy, but when everyone has a reservation and more than 25 people are waiting to be seated and you have nothing left but to wait for a reservation, it kind of discouraging. This really got us upset and I could tell many people was feeling the same, plus it’s harder when everyone was waiting in the same place, a small one in the entrance. I just think the dynamic and logistics from the restaurant were poor at best at moment of reserving and overbooking such a unique experience. I do not look forward to return on Valentine’s Day.

Edson is as always, a great server. He's attenative, keeps us laughing and all around awesome. My husband and I had a great Valentine's brunch and really enjoyed ourselves!. The owner was also awesome, check on us at least 3 times. Always a great experience and Love Edson!!!

Didn’t like the seating, too small of a table! I had made a reservation and the table wasn’t available had to wait 30min that’s unacceptable. Our waitress was good she was busy but had excellent service skills. Food was good, had higher expectations, price is not reasonable! Overall 7/10, would recommend to try if curious! Drinks are good 10/10, protein are good 8/10, fondues are a 10/10. Fact that you cook your own meats 5/10. Service 10/10, seating for 2 5/10 there are bigger tables though!

It was our first time at the melting pot and it was quite the experience! Our server was attentive and made some great suggestions. She recommended the Quattro Formaggio and it was an excellent choice! Since it was our first time we tried the dinner for two. The salads were also great! The dinner was nice because we were able to use the skillet and melting pot for both. Our server also suggested the turtle fondue and it was a hit. Definitely recommend trying. 👍

Food was delicious, we got the chocolate fondue that came with marshmallows, strawberries, bananas, pineapple, cookies, brownies, rice crispy, and macaroons. No special occasion other than having a babysitter. Our server, Michelle R., was outstanding in taking care of us. This was our first time and she was very patient in answering our questions and giving recommendations. The food was divine and the atmosphere elegant and fun. Lots of conversation opportunities as you dip your food. Definitely recommended for future date nights and celebration events.
