We absolutely loved our first time eating at the Melting Pot. We enjoyed the ThursDate Experience and it was amazing! Our server, Patrick, was energetic and added to our enjoyment. We went home full and have already started recommending to our friends.

Jamie was fantastic and the entire experience was flawless. My girlfriend hates dining out and she was extremely impressed and grateful; both for me bringing her out of her comfort zone and for Melting Pot hitting it out of the park. She especially loved the dessert. Thank you for helping us celebrate a late Mother's day absolutely perfectly!

Overall the food was good but it was the service that ruined it for me. First time eating there (we went for our anniversary) we where a little late for our reservation because parking was horrible had to park three blocks away. Then took 3 hours to get through our meal which was the dinner for 2 for 114$ because our waiter kept forgetting about us ( made the remark "the good thing about cooking your own food is that if it's waiting out it doesn't get cold") . He took our food without us being done (took it after another waiter had just asked if we where done and we told them not just yet. Our waiter didn't even ask just walked up and took it.) Had one soda even though I asked for a refill 3x n nvr got one but he was quick to bring the 15$ cocktails .He kept avoiding our table even though he had to walk past us to get to the kitchen. When I asked for a Togo box to take home the chocolate fondue he ignored me and walked away as I was asking. Then when I went to pay the bill he didn't do the bill correctly (which he said was his fault) but then threw a fit about the tip that was left saying it wasn't enough (even though he should of been grateful for a tip at all when he wasn't a good waiter) food was good but the dinning experience was a rude and horrible definitely would not come back

My mom has a very severe gluten allergy. Everyone was incredibly accommodating and diligent in making sure her meal was safe. I deeply appreciate the staff’s attention to this. It made my mom’s birthday very special. The food was great. The service was great. We had a wonderful evening.

First time visiting the Melting Pot. Great atmosphere, everything was well explained by our amazing waitress Brenna. We did the complete meal for 2, salad, cheese fondue, steak lovers plate, and wrapped it up with the chocolate turtle fondue. Brenna was awesome, took her time to explain everything to us and get us all set up.

We loved the Thurs-date option they had for us. It did take a bit of time so if it’s your first time, be prepared for a longer commitment, but otherwise it is very well worth it. Service was friendly, prompt, and caring as it was our first time here. Highly recommend for a date night experience!

I have been to a few Melting Pot locations before and this was by far the most impressive. It was quiet, the seating felt intimate, and it felt so darn fancy! And the service was beyond compare. We will be going here again and again and again......
