    Was in there Saturday night, 8/25 the manager actually, literally no exaggeration, jumped on our waiter in front of everyone. The worst part, he was giving an explanation of the menu to 3 tables, including ours. Ridiculous. we never got anything except the water they bring out to everyone and we had been there nearly 30 minutes at this point. Nothing else. Worst experience ever. After the menu presentation, the manager continued at the waiter so they walked off. We sat there waiting for about 5 minutes and finally walked out. I stopped by the host to tell him the fondue pot was still on, nothing in it but still; and the manager was there and I said "the fondue pot is still on, managers are arguing with waiters and we still haven't been served we are leaving." The manager just turned his head. I wish this story was made up, but sadly, it is all true. There is a lot more I could say but I think this is enough. I will be contacting someone higher up over this. Worst dining experience ever and didn't even get a chance to dine.

    We were absolutely devastated to learn that as of midnight on August 26, 2018, this Melting Pot will be permanently closed. We have had so many great family dinners here. It will be missed!

    The Melting Pot is by far the best restaurant I’ve ever been to. I will be going back a lot, besides it’s my girlfriend favorite restaurant.

    Caleb was an awesome server and took excellent care of our group for dinner. Drinks were kept full and he gave very thourough explanations of everything on the menu.

    Great service and overall experience; have liked the Melting Pot for years and it never lets me down. Keep in mind this is definitely not a place for a quick meal, though it is a great place to spend an evening.

    The best restaurant for a date night or even a double date! So much fun- the best part is definitely the dessert so don’t skip out on that part.

    Great food, friendly, attentive service. We also celebrated our daughter’s birthday, and they decorated a small plate with a small piece of cake with a candle. It said Happy Birthday on it, written in gel. Very nice! Food was easy to cook and delicious. Looking forward to our next visit.
