The Melting Pot - Bethlehem Ratings and Reviews
Every time we visit Melting Pot we have an awesome experience. Service was great. Since we went on Dec 29th, the restaurant was full but the quality of the service was still great.
We got a round table on a corner of the restaurant and it was very intimate and isolated us from the busy tables. It felt as if the whole place was only for us.
The food was great and the whole experience always leaves us wanting to come back
As always thoroughly enjoyed our experience and our waitress was great! This is always my go to spot for my birthday dinner and I wouldn't change it. We were seated in lovers lane for the first time and it was awesome. Definetly will request to sit there again. I like how quiet and personal it is and the dimming lights is a plus as well. Food and drinks were amazing as always! Love the personal touch of the managers delivering the check and making sure everything went well. Thanks again!
Very expensive for basically having to cook the food ourselves. We definitely had a good time and it was very tasty, but shocked at the price. We'll cross this off the bucket list of places to try, we had a good experience, but probably won't be back. Too expensive for us.
The food was great and the staff was nice. Though it took much to long. We had to wait almost an hour to just get our cheese. We sat a little after 7:30 and didn’t leave until 10:30 and not by choice. That’s how long it took the service between each course.
My husband & I visited the Melting Pot this past Saturday for our anniversary. We were very impressed. We were greeted warmly at the door and shown to our table, which was a cozy corner booth with adjustable lighting and really gave our meal a romantic ambiance. Our server was great, she was kind & personable and walked us through our first time at the restaurant. The food & drinks were excellent, and we loved participating in the preparation of our own meals, it was neat. At the end, we were presented with a special dessert plate with writing in chocolate wishing us a happy anniversary and I thought that was a thoughtful touch. We walked away from the Melting Pot feeling like we had had a fun & unique experience and that our money was well spent here. I would recommend this restaurant to anyone, especially for an anniversary as I felt it was a romantic atmosphere, at least where we were sitting. It was great!
This was definitely a fun new experience for us. My girlfriend and I came here to celebrate our 1-year anniversary. The lighting was low and it was relatively quiet despite there being a decent amount of people there. It may be a little daunting on your first visit to find out that you cook your own food but once you get started, it's both fun and interactive. The wait staff was top notch, always asking how our experience was and always asking if there was anything they could do.
The only concern we had was that there wasn't a whole lot of food on the entrée that we ordered (although we did share 1 so I'm sure it would have been fine for 1 person).
Overall, it was an awesome, fun, and interactive experience. I will definitely recommend this to others.
