   Wonderful date night! Staff here are always so inviting and willing to answer any questions you have. Great selection of fondues and wines too.

   Great service & food. Fun international experience, highly recommend the Raclette or Fondue for something a bit different! Love the decor and train in the back :-)

   What a delightful experience! This is a lovely restaurant. The service was outstanding and attentive. The food was wonderful. I had the raclette portion and the pork schnitzel with a crisp Swiss wine and the walnut honey torte to top it all off. If you want an Alpine adventure, this is your place.

   We had a great dinner. It was slow and our server gave us lots of attention. She helped us navigate the menu and order the right amount of food. It is a very themed restaurant and lots of fun; very tasty as well!

   Our group of 5 ordered 2 appetisers and 3 cheese fondue selections of the menu. Food was wonderful, the Sancerre wine parred well, and dessert was delightful.

   We ate early - 5:30p - so not noisy at all. Our server was incredible - really helped us order. We chose the ulala and meat fondues and then the Smores for dessert. Extra apple slices for dipping. All delicious. Perfect for a rainy evening. Fun spot for families, groups, all ages, date nights. Decor is authentic Swiss chalet style. We will be back!

   We arrived at 440pm as our reservation was at 5pm. The schedule on the door stated 4pm on sat and Sun. The manager refused to open the door until 5pm. My elderly mother had needed to use the restroom and the manager refused again. I thought this was very unprofessional and inconsiderate, especially since we had driven over an hour to get to your restaurant and find parking. Very disappointed and especially since my mom is from Switzerland, Zurich, I had hoped for a better experience.

   Amazing!!! Great atmosphere. Great food. Our group had the schnitzel and fondue. Also tried the pretzel and raclette. ❤️❤️❤️❤️pickled veggies!!! Omg. Will go back. Parking is the only negative but easily accessible by bus.

    Always a fun meal! And delicious. Staff is attentive but give plenty of time to enjoy the experience.
