    We enjoyed Chef’s tasting menu which included yellow fin tuna, crab linguini, pan seared skate, filet mignon with the most wonderful lemon cheesecake presented in artistic manner. It wasn’t a slice of cheesecake but more of large dollop of cheesecake. There was a preset wine pairing available but we opted for house wine as it was happy hour when we arrived. We enjoyed a small plate appetizer with scallops & rock shrimp. I wouldn’t order much more as the tasting menu is very filling.

    The burger had an off taste. Some weirde spice . Almost like soy sauce or something. I suggest not trying so hard to be different or creative. Just make a simple delicious burger.

    Conveniently located on Healdsburg Plaza, and an excellent dining experience. If you have time go upstairs to Rooftop 106 and have a cocktail before dinner.

    Just an extraordinary experience at The Matheson. Incredibly innovative dishes, fresh ingredients, and a superb wine list. And above all that, the guest service levels, from host at welcome, to our helpful waiter throughout the courses, to the experienced and thoughtful somm, made it special -- and customized -- for all the guests at our table.
