The Market Exchange is a concept that we created to combine our top passions...great food and the Stock Market. Many of our menu items are priced according to the fundamentals of supply and demand where the prices will fluctuate based off of the demand for items, making each guests dining experience something new and interactive.

Our chef driven menu is diverse and has something for everyone with an elevated pub vibe. With 20 beers on draft, focusing on local breweries, handcrafted cocktails with a twist, a weekend brunch, and a Happy Hour that is hard to beat, Market Exchange is making its mark in Market Square. I appreciated that our server was very knowledgeable about which foods contain gluten. And our vodka gimlets were excellent with fresh squeezed lime.

From the moment we entered the door until we left, it was perfect! Brian, our server, was the best!!! Highly recommend…be sure to ask for Brian.

Food was OK, service was sloooooow. We were there prior to s show, and it took 10 minutes to get our drinks, and another 30 minutes to get our food.

We were very disappointed. The food quality was a bit below average so was the service. My soup came out cold. My husband and son got burgers and the buns seemed to be a couple days old. My husband didn’t get his chips with his burger but that might have been for the best as my son’s chips were burnt.

The mimosa bar was the best thing ever!!!! Please keep it. The TVs were a bit louder than we thought comfortable for a Sunday brunch, but otherwise it was great.

We came for Brunch after a play at the byham. Food was really good and the energy in the restaurant was nice. Not too loud, but bustling. Will probably return again.
