   Very frustrating bc they decided that they weren’t going to take reservations after all and never sent a notification that they were cancelling the reservation. So we couldn’t get a table and had to leave the mountain to eat lunch.

   Stratton discontinued taking Open Table reservations with no notice so my family was left holding their trays with no place to sit. They should have alerted Open Table so the reservation could have been cancelled.

   they had no one checking reservations and all tables were occupied. I dont know why they have open table reservations

   It is hard to stay within the 1/2 hour time limit when the food lines are so long. If you go early, you’re caught standing around with your tray of food and no where to sit. The time monitor was extremely rude and abrupt.

   One particular employee continued to scream at many people simply trying to sit down at their reserved place. She honestly created a very tense and uneasy environment. Made me disinterested in coming back to this lodge or mountain. She was a white woman with brown hair looked mid 30s.

   It was incredibly busy but all the workers were nice and working very hard to keep up with the huge crowd. They should all be commended and get raises.

   For the grilled cheeses was a lot of bread and not much cheese. So please add more cheese. The chicken tenders and fries were great.
