   Our poor waitress was the only one handling close to ten tables outside. Not one manager to be seen helping her. The food was not that good and no one came by to check on us. We could have used our umbrella moved. I don’t blame the waitress because clearly she had no help and the hostess just kept giving her more and more tables.

   Experience was totally oversold. Food was mediocre at best. Ambiance was nonexistent. Save your money and have an at home experience.

   We sat on the patio and were warmly greeted by our server, Jonathan. He was excellent - very attentive and congenial. He really made our dining experience quite pleasurable. Our orders came out perfectly. Can't wait to go back!

   This visit was great. Service was very good. Last time I was here there was not the wait staff you needed and we had to constantly wait for wait staff. No fault of the wait staff but we had a substantial wait to order, wait for food and wait to pay. Also the salad I had was so so and the desert was so so also. I only came back because a friend wanted to try it. Glad I came back!

   Lovely spot if you can snag a table out back in the summer when it’s sunny. Be sure to specify when you reserve. My crab cake was excellent.

    It’s a lovely place—good food, excellent service, easy parking. Except for another diner who talked very loudly, which wasn’t the restaurant’s fault, I enjoyed it immensely. I will return soon and often.

    The restaurant was not crowded when we went. It was a beautiful day on the front patio where we had brunch. Our food was delicious. We had the French toast breakfast and the waffle breakfast. Both were terrific but partial to the waffle. The eggs that came with it were the best scrambled eggs I’ve ever had. Also came with bacon and strawberries. Mimosa was delicious as well. Our server was Summer and she was both friendly and upbeat as well as professional on top of everything. She was just great!!

    Made a reservation for dining room, offered outside, 3 tries and got inside table. Appetizer arrived after entrees. Steak request medium was well but they took the cost off the bill.

    My wife and I took an old friend to the outdoor seating in the back so that we could get together in relative safety in the covid era. In pleasant weather, this is one of the best places to be sitting outdoors. The setting is not necessarily beautiful, but it is very pleasant, and it is well away from the noise of traffic. Speaking of noise, it does tend to get loud when sitting under the tent top in the back. And we were not aware that people start gathering on Friday evenings to hear live music by a gazebo adjacent to the restaurant. It all seemed very festive and pleasant, but the noise from the band is not conducive to holding a conversation at the outdoor tables. The food is good; the prices are reasonable, notwithstanding inflationary increases; and the service is well above average. On the whole, it is hard to do better in this day and age.

    Uncomfortable seating around the outskirts of the patio. Many tables were wine barrels with bar stool like seats with almost no back support. It was so awkward eating for an hour like that.

    Everything was excellent including my husband's fish & chips. My grilled chicken salad was bad. The chicken looked like scraps from other chicken dinners & tasted like left over chicken. The restaurant was in a lovely location & the service was excellent. We'll go back but I won't order the grilled chicken salad again.

    Do not make a reservation! My reservation was not honored! The hostess(a very sweet young lady) had the reservation in the book but no outside table for 1 1/2 hours. We wound up eating inside! There is additional parking- on a field. However there are NO lights and walking alone back for my car was dangerous.

    The restaurant was clearly understaffed and the service was slow. No criticism of the server but it was obvious she was the only server in the dining room area where we sat. I will return anyway as I like the ambiance

    We had a lovely meal at silo falls with friends who are new to the area. The dining room was quaint and charming. Our server, Oz, was professional yet very friendly. We all enjoyed our meals. We had salmon, chicken, a burger and one of us had ravioli. All well presented and delicious. We had cheesecake for dessert and it was a little dry but we still enjoyed it. Looking forward to returning and trying other menu items. All in all, it was wonderful.

    Dinner was delicious and our dining experience was just delightful. Our server, Osmond, was so professional, knowledgeable and friendly. Our meals were prepared perfectly and the desserts prepared in-house were a perfect ending to our meal. Cannot recommend Manor at Silo Falls highly enough.

    Everything was fine,—- except for the landscaping crew that was using loud blowers close to the outside eating area throughout the eating time, (1 til 3), which was highly disturbing. Otherwise, as indicated in the poll, all aspects were fine.

    Food and service were incredible! We had our seat ready at time of reservation, ordered asparagus tempura, crab dip and jack and coke tenders for appetizers and they were all amazing. Our entrees came out timely and everyone enjoyed their meals. Oz, our server, was prompt and attentive and we really enjoyed our Mothers Day Dinner. Will definitely be back as this is a wonderful restaurant.

    This place was great. The food was great, the servers and staff were great. Apparently our reservation got a little messed up and they had us scheduled for outside seating when I specifically chose inside (it was raining that day). The hostesses made it work and were able to move us inside to a private room, which was actually really nice. They were in the middle of an event so it was very loud, but the food, service, and staff were all extremely nice and accommodating.
