The Garage is located directly behind us, traveling south on Harvey (towards the Devon Tower) on the drivers side. Garage Parking is patrolled by the Towers Security. Street Parking is free after 6pm M-F and all day on weekends.

I based the food and value on past experience. We didn't get served this time, got there early, were welcomed and told to sit were we wanted, then staff ignored us.

My first time. Food, drinks, desert all Excellent. Very friendly wait staff. Service did seem a bit slow, but I was in no hurry, so it was not a problem.

We go often and the food is always stellar. The wait staff is friendly and courteous plus the location gives easy walking access to the civic center for theater and concert nights

The food was overcooked and cold. We were told they had a new cook but still not an excuse for a burger to be cold and the bun hard. We let the waitress know and she said she told the manager but we didn’t see a manager or get credit on our bill. Waited almost an hour for food.

We went in for lunch on a Saturday. The ambiance was great and the food was great, I had the lobster sandwich and loved it. The service was super slow. I think they forgot to put in our order. The waitress kept walking by our table (we were seated near the kitchen) delivering everyone else's food but ours, after 30 minutes or more from ordering we asked and they said they would check with the kitchen, in which it then came out within 5 minutes. They were nice to comp a glass of wine for the super long wait. It seemed strange that they didn't notice we were sitting there for a long time without food and everyone else in the restaurant had their food.

Had a great experience. The food was really good and the waitstaff were very attentive and friendly. Great location for attending the various events at the Civic Center.

We made reservations for Valentines Day. It was extremely awkward walking into this tiny restaurant as there wasn't a hostess stand and we had to stop a server for help. We sat unattended for about 25 minutes. A server tried to serve us somebody's salads before our drink orders were taken. Later, she asked us if we had been helped. They had a prix fixe menu for Valentines Day. We ordered our drinks and an appetizer first. Bar service was extremely slow. It took another 20 to 25 minutes to receive our drinks. The waitress never came back to take the rest of our order until we stopped the manager. She then just ordered our salads and not our entrées. It appeared that she planned on only allowing us to order one thing at a time. Mind you, we still had not received our appetizer at this point. She took our salad order and then tried to run off. We had to holler at her to not leave as we wanted to order another drink from the bar since our prior drinks took so long. After the appetizer and salads were delivered, the waitress finally took our entrée order. Menus were never picked up from the table. Our entrées were delivered and nobody bussed our appetizer, salads or empty drink glasses. The waitress finally asked my husband if he would like her to take his salad plate, but never asked me about mine. It appeared that the two servers and the bartender were unclear as to what tables they were responsible for. Finally, after the waitress took our dessert order and still hadn't removed our appetizer plate, my salad plate and my empty drink glasses, the bartender bussed our table. We ordered the salted caramel cheesecake but received the brownie instead. Oddly enough, the item we didn't order was the best part of the meal. We ordered filets cooked medium, but they were rare to med rare. The food was not good. This place lacks leadership, organization, and customer service. They sorely need someone to take charge of training the servers and quality assurance of the food.
