I'm not sure what my expectation was but this Father's Day brunch fell short. There was an average selection I had hoped for a carving station or omelet station. . . Overall the food was good. They did not have sugar free syrup which was strange to me, and put me off since I cannot consume full sugar. It was an okay experience but I don't believe I would rush back.
Good selection of food, we enjoyed everything we had! Great service.
We really enjoyed our meal. The restaurant has a lot of character. The menu was awesome.
Excellent restaurant! Great food, great service and great location and parking. We wanted to eat before the baseball game and it was the perfect spot. We will go back for sure!
Great, food, and service! Gm was a honorable man. Great experience
Appetizers were good. Service was painfully slow. 2 out of 4 meals were wrong, the chicken shawarma so over seasoned with nutmeg or something that it was inedible. A ordered well done burger came out medium rare. The manager did comp the 2 wrong meals and the appetizers, which was appreciated. The menu looks great, so we may give it another shot.
We selected this restaurant based on some of the items they had on their menu. My husband and I like to go out to new restaurants from time to time and this seems like a good option. I would highly recommend their calamari which was very fresh. We’re looking forward to coming back because I really want to try their lobster roll. Thanks again to our server
Food was amazing and the atmosphere was so laid back. The staff was very nice and informative.
Amazing salmon, great ambiance
The food was amazing but some of the items on my plate had definitely been sitting for a while because they weren’t warm. However the service and the rest of my food were great!
Absolutely great! I had an awesome waiter by the name of Frantz who’s the freaking dopest guy ever; had a table of four 1st timers and made us feel right at home.
The food was amazing! Warmed it up again the next day in an air fryer and it’s was just as great as it was when it was originally prepared 😋
The Manager Chris, one word, DOPE!
Hands down one of the best restaurant experiences that I’ve had!
Perfect date night choice!
Nice atmosphere. Deviled eggs were the best!
I recently went to Manchester 1812 for the first time with a friend for a lunch date. Best decision ever for that particular day and time. The food was great (we went for the lobster roll but there’s a lobster shortage and they didn’t have them at the time), however, our server was absolutely amazing and made great recommendations for alternatives. The restaurant is a hidden gem. The ambiance is amazing, it wasn’t crowded, and it’s super cute. My friend and I both agreed we have to go back for dinner. The reason for this review, though, is to specifically highlight the service. Our server was Montana and her energy is contagious. I think you can usually find her behind the bar, but thankfully that day she was assigned to our table. She was super attentive, spot on with her food recommendations, and the weekend drink special (Tropical Mule) was the best mule I’ve ever had and she happened to create it. Pro tip: add it to the menu. It will sell. Will definitely be returning to Manchester 1812 very soon.
Bang Bang Chicken & Shrimp.. ❤❤❤ and the downstairs speakeasy 👌🏿.
One would think after COVID and being closed, they would welcome their guest upon entering. Never felt welcomed from host to server Kasey. She was unprofessional and fake trying to be friendly. We were seated at an outside table in the sun, asked to be moved to the next table over and manager said it was reserved but if we could eat in about an hour he would move us that party was coming in at 730. We left after 8 pm and that table sat empty. Service was slow. The website stated they had prime rib and that is what we were going to order but was informed they no longer serve it, update your website!!!. Now the food...I asked what was the soup of the day which was told a cream of chicken so I ordered it and Kasey came back and said the chef made cauliflower today, husband ordered lamb and ask for mint jelly, she said they had none and the root vegetables had a sour taste, how that was possible I can’t understand. Do yourself a favor and go somewhere else where you feel welcomed.
Great casual and friendly dining with a wide range of option on menu and large bar area and dining room. Lots of draft beers on tap and cocktails to order by great bartender staff. Entrees are generous portions - had risotto and shrimp and wife had grilled salmon. Ordered calamari appetizer. Bottle of wine was very reasonably priced. Service was friendly, professional and efficient.
Enjoyed very much. Server was not the best but an overall great experience...with cute selfies at the end!!!!!
Love the Manchester but this visit the entire dinner seemed rushed! We ordered drinks and got it right which is great. We also ordered appetizers and they came immediately which also was great ... but we ordered our entree and they brought it to us almost the same time as the appetizer. We didn’t finish our appetizer because we didn’t want our entree to get cold. We also didn’t have time to enjoy our first drink and didn’t order another like we normally do. Food was good just couldn’t enjoy . Too rushed.
They were short staffed so we had to wait quite a while to even get water, once we were seated. I only like to order the Lobster Roll here, so I was extremely disappointed when I was advised there was no more lobster. I ended up ordered a fish sandwich and didn’t eat it because I had my taste buds set on that lobster roll.
Great service. Love the appetizers and variety of menu offerings. Great for large groups or families.
Food was good but nothing impressive. It was very loud and we could not even talk - although it’s a bar it was too much for lunchtime. It’s an option if you’re hungry, but maybe you can find better places spending the same amount of money.
They are clearly short staffed but the service was good and the food was awesome!
Met a friend for a catch up dinner and it was perfect!
Food and service was excellent. I made reservations and was seated immediately. Appetizers came out quickly and so did the mimosas. Food was well prepared and assembled beautifully.
Nice ambiance and atmosphere. The food was really good. I will def be back.
Had the salmon eggs benedict- enjoyed it. Wanted to try a couple of other items, but they were out of them.
Server and hostess were very nice.
Food was great! Love the photo booth in the front!
Food is amazing and our waiter was awesome! Definitely going back!
Food was good. Not great. Service was mediocre at best. No personality of the waitress which makes a big difference. I’d probably pick another place next time I’m in town.
Everything was great, the food, the service, the drinks. The seafood linguine was delicious..we will be back
We had a 7 pm reservation at a high top for 4 people. The only negative we have is that halfway through our dinner they cranked up the music so it was very hard to hear each Other speak
Food fantastic. Service amazing!
We will def go back
First time here, food & service was GREAT, definitely will be returning. My wife & I enjoyed...!!
Burgers were overcooked, waiter was inattentive.
Mother’s Day Dinner. They were out of several menu items.
We did not get to dine there so the 1 rating is not accurate. We wanted an outdoor dining experience and we reviewed the picture and even looked on google maps to assess the patio. It looked great. Unfortunately they had sheeting and plastic windows covering the patio and was basically indoor seating. They did not offer to open sections to allow a breeze to come through. The outdoor reservation was misleading and unfortunate we did not dine there.
Love the scenery and vibe of this restaurant, however; the staff does not match. Our waitress could care less if we were there or not which is unfortunate because I am a generous tipper.
The flounder was delicious, my side salad was just ok.
We sat outside, not much ambiance in that area, kinda patch covering on window areas.
I ordered a cosmo, the wrong drink to order in a bar like restaurant. The crowd quite young , not for older people.
Although I enjoyed my food will most likely not go back due to age.
