A casual and charming pub with beer at its heart! Set in the beautiful village of Old Knebworth, North Hertfordshire, just on the edge of the historic Knebworth Estate, surrounded by wonderful walks and cycle routes.

Our new menu showcases the best of local seasonal produce, all freshly prepared on site. Micheal Kirby the new head chef, classically trained, offers a contemporary take on pub classic dishes.
Book ahead for Sunday lunch as it is always popular.

Brilliant meal for Father’s Day! Ended up staying for more drinks in the beer garden for a great afternoon. Space is brilliant for families inside and out. Food was amazing and service very attentive. Definitely recommend

We had a lovely meal to celebrate a 30th birthday on Sunday. The Lytton Arms were so accommodating with changing our booking numbers leading up to the booking. We had a lovely table in the conservatory area which was bright and welcoming. We all ordered a type of roast which all came out hot and together despite there being 11 of us! Desserts were also delicious. The service was quick and the severs were so friendly and helped with any request. The table was booked for straight after us but we didn't feel rushed out. We would definitely return for the Sunday roast and keen to try the evening food too.

We had a table in the spacious conservatory. We had well prepared and presented dishes, the fish was outstanding. The atmosphere was friendly and the service good with excellent waiting staff.

Good food and a wide choice of beer and drinks. Not so busy. Waitress could have been a bit more focused though. Poor gluten free options but I did manage to adjust a dish to fit my needs.

Table booked at 4.00pm open till 8.00pm both ordered roast chicken but then found out they had sold out which was disappointing however the alternative was very nice. Overall first visit we will return
