The Lyme Bay Café & Bar has superb panoramic views looking out over the bay, with views down to the Cobb Harbour and along the world famous Jurassic coastline.

Using only local ingredients our Head Chef Lowell has created a menu that caters for all tastes and ages across breakfast, lunch & dinner.....there really is something for everyone!

If it is just a coffee and a slice of cake, a nice refreshing glass of reisling or a full meal....all are welcome

Come and relax on our sun-drenched terrace or enjoy the breath-taking sea views from inside the stylish Café interior with floor-to-ceiling windows and décor – which showcases simplicity and clean lines with natural materials combined with hints of industrial vintage elements for a modern feel.

Met with a smile and some humour at the door. Knowledgable about the menu. Found us a different table as the first one was between indoor and outdoor seating area and the evening was cold. I saw he also offered other diners sitting outside blankets and hot water bottles to keep warm. Nicely lit indoor area and food was good. Definitely felt like we were very important to their business and would return.

The menu was short (a good thing!) and we had the fish and chips. They were reasonably priced and fantastic. We sat outside and the view was great. The service was attentive but they didn't pester us. A great place!

We had such a lovely server which made the whole experience very special. The overall menu choices are limited but the food quality was high and we really enjoyed ourselves :)

This is one of our favourite places to eat in Lyme Regis. This is because of the outstanding food, beautiful sea views, friendly staff and reasonable prices. Plus they have a very good range of gluten free options including breakfast.

We were delighted to eat here - we usually forget to book in advance and then we can't get in. Being vegan and gluten free I was very happy with the banana blossom and chips - it was yummy! The food was lovely and the service was very hospitable and friendly. We will definitely return next year!
