Overall it was a great experience. The food was awesome, dining serene is perfect for any occasions. Future return guaranteed!

We waited 25 minutes to be seated on a Monday at 3:00...Why??? Offered nothing but an apology.

Food was excellent, as was the server. However, there's no excuse for a 30-minute wait when we had a reservation--especially when that is a 2:30 lunch reservation and we've been starving ourselves to wait for it, and also when there's supposedly a time limit on tables. Just a few minutes before our reservation time and we're 8TH IN LINE for a table??? That's just unacceptable! Maybe offer us some bread or a drink while we're waiting? That doesn't really make up for the incompetence, but it would at least have mitigated our raging hunger and quelled my dining companion's outrage. Hugely disappointing.

My favorite restaurant in the whole City, and I've lived here my whole life. Best food, even better staff. If I were thinner I'd eat there at least three times a week. Maybe more. My fantasy is to have a party (to celebrate the end of the pandemic) and have it catered by this amazing restaurant.

Food was stunning and delicious, and service was top-notch. Some of the dishes were quite innovative, and we loved our experience dining outside. We proceeded to come back to experience indoor dining and felt extremely safe.

Pods were way too overheated and service was poor. Was seated and didn't get a server for the first 30 minutes, only after asking for a server we received one and then she only visited once between taking our order and us having to ask for a check.

Nice restaurant, with great service and people. Have managed to keep nice heated outdoor booths during these covid days.

Great food; outdoor seating was great

This was our first time out in the city since the pandemic. First I just want to say with how kind every single staff member we encountered was. It put my anxieties about dinning out completely at ease. Our request for seating in their chalets was honored and it was such a beautiful atmosphere. Warm enough that I was able to take off my jacket on a 33 degree January night. The food of course was fantastic as well. Thank you so much to The Love. This was such a special night.

After nine months it was a pleasure to once again experience indoor dining. And we couldn’t have picked a better place.

Our server Michael was professional and friendly, without being uptight. We were greeted promptly and our cocktails came out quickly. We order the warm Parker rolls, which were delicious. For dinner, my husband ordered the Ravioli and I ordered the Fried Chicken. Both were absolutely delicious. Michael checked back from time to time but was not intrusive.

Great meal at the love! Food was excellent, we had the tuna crisp, harvest plate, scallops and pomme frites. Everything was great! Nice ambiance. Alittle pricey.

Great experience dining outdoors in the well-constructed, ventilated warming huts! We were comfortable and felt safe to enjoy the excellent food. Amazing tuna crudo, harvest plate, beet risotto. Excellent service once we were seated. Encourage supporting your favorite restaurants today!

Great. Would have gotten a fifth star if the avocado on the turkey sandwich had not gone brown😕. Wonderful service. Awesome cheese board.

The outdoor dining isn't my preferred way of eating, but they did amazing with the restrictions that the city placed on them. The service was phenomenal

Fabulous food, great service didn’t like that I could not have dessert or an after dinner drink because my 1 1/2 hour time limit was getting close. I understand with covid there needs to be a time restrictions but I was very rushed. Definitely will not go back until this changes or time limit gets extended maybe another 1/2 hour Once again, food and service was excellent

Server Heather, good, but others better. In some ways, I feel “ the love” is under staffed. It’s a VERy POPULAR restaurant for good reason.. excellent food and drinks. Usual an A+++, but yesterday I felt rushed . Food out to quickly . Grade B.

Although there isn’t much in the way of vegan cuisine on the menu, once I informed my server of my dietary restrictions he sent over the manager, Marquez. Marquez orchestrated a vegan FEAST and the chef went out of his way to make me something off menu. And it was DELICIOUS! I cannot recommend The Love highly enough and ESPECIALLY the EXCEPTIONAL customer service of Marquez. I will definitely be back!

Great outdoor seating space if you're able to get the booth. Got the Nashville Hot Chicken and it was delicious.

Nice place. Drinks were fantastic. Food was hot and tasty comfort food. Some things a bit pricey - $20 eggs, pancakes, etc.

I understand this is a pricier restaurant and was okay with it because I was celebrating an anniversary. The ambiance was nice and I liked the heated seating area. I am a vegetarian and The Love did not have many options for vegetarians. I went for brunch and decided on the mushroom omelette. It tasted like it was cooked in dead fish oil. I could not eat more than two bites. The smell was also extremely off-putting. My boyfriend got the chicken sandwich and it was more fried outer crust that chicken meat. The meal was certainly not worth the price.

We were served by two waiters for most of the meal. We gave our drink and food orders twice and were served two tap waters because they weren’t aware we had two waiters. The team was very nice though and I can’t fault them for being a little disorganized given the world’s current situation.

This was my second time eating at The Love (ordering two different meals) and it’s safe to say I will not return. I do not agree that the price is worth the food we were given.

Our first time for brunch. We had one of the "love shacks" set up for COVID. The brunch menu has many great offerings. We went with the buffalo cauliflower to start and then the Nashville hot chicken and turkey avocado melt for the meals. Portions were large, so we took our leftovers home. The cocktails were awesome; we had the cranberry moscow mule. Service was super friendly.

The outdoor dining feels like it’s always been there, it’s so cozy and festive. The food was absolutely amazing! The hush puppies and drinks were my favorite. My only downside was that we did have to wait a bit for our table (about 20 minutes), but we were seated after the brunch hours and the staff still allowed us to order from that menu which was perfect.
