   We have ordered Ultimate Burger and Nasi Goreng Royale and totally satisfied with the food! Food are delicious, generous portion given and the wagyu beef satay is so tender n super tasty. Definitely will come again with my family.

   I was there to celebrate my husband’s recent accomplishment, and the restaurant staff made it much much better for us. Had a super wonderful dinner here. Everything was perfect, especially the service. Will definitely come again and recommend this place to our family and friends. Biggest shout out to Miss Pui Teng, Miss Laily and one Malay gentleman (didn’t get his name) for making our dinner exceptionally memorable. They were so attentive and thoughtful. I’ve been to many hotel restaurants and fine dinings before, and I can easily say, these people captured my heart instantly and I already planned my next visit to The Lounge. Kudos to The Lounge team.

    Food was amazingly good. But we arrived around 8:30 pm not knowing the last order was around 9pm. So we were forced to rush out eating and they were serving dessert in between main course and apperizers. Also we had to order everything before the kitchen close. So we couldn’t really enjoy the food. Other than that everything was very nice.

    Chef selection can do better. The chef selection for the afternoon was just 2 tiny thin cookies with snowflake on top. The salmon sandwich was like the smoked salmon been cut into very small size like bacon bits, 95% was filled with egg that cover most of the sandwich. So might as well name it Egg Sandwich with salmon bits. So go there just for the ambience, away from KLCV craziness and not for the food. Tea selections limited. With same price, Fullerton Bay Hotel in Singapore Afternoon Tea taste better.

    Have been here for a few times. First time being there at such early timing. Waitress are discussing loudly about customers (didn’t mean to eavesdrop but they were talking so loudly, and quite a distance from where I seated). It is very unprofessional to discuss about their customers (heard them complaining about the other customers) in front of your current customer. Well, not like we cant brag about bad day or bad experience to your colleagues. But at the restaurant open space around where customers are seated? Hope this could improve.

I WOULD LIKE TO MAKE A COMPLAINT ABOUT THE BAD SERVICE. I TRULY UNDERSTAND THAT YOU GUYS EXPERIENCING UNDER STAFF HOWEVER YOUR STAFF CAN'T RAISE HIS VOICE TOWARDS US WHEN WE ASKED FOR A GLASS OF WARM WATER. KINDLY CHECK YOUR CCTV ON 5TH NOVEMBER AROUND 5.30 TO 6 PM, SO THAT YOU GUYS UNDERSTAND HOW IRRESPONSIBLE YOUR STAFF IS DUE TO RUDE / BAD SERVICE, I WOULDN'T COME BACK TO YOUR RESTAURANT IN THE FUTURE.     Hi, The waiter serving us could have been more polite in choosing his words when we requested for a change in table as the table at the end was too cold for us to be seating for a few hours. Do look into Yr table arrangement as I believe guest comfort should be the hotels main priority.

    Overall service is excellent but the food portion can be bigger in my opinion especially the Caesar Salad which I ordered, there should be more vegetables in it. Other than that, the rest is perfect.

    My first experience at Four Season The Lounge was fantastic. Everything was nice and highly recommend to those who'd like to have their dates/ birthday over there. The kitchen took quite awhile to serve the food but it doesn't affect much of my overall rating towards the restaurant. Will definitely come again!

    I ordered club sandwich and bhaigan bartha — the fried were soft when we were served the bhaigan bartha sauce was burnt. My go-to dishes when I visit the four seasons so I do know when something is off! In terms of Service, we had to raise our hands for so long to get a Service crew to tend to us. Thats bad 😩
