   Very poor experience unfortunately. We were there first thing for brunch and they were out of most baked goods. I ordered an açaí bowl and they brought out what appeared to be ice cream with some fruit around it. I asked if there was no açaí in an açaí bowl and he mumbled that well they were out of it and then kitchen just told him. First off, I don’t eat dairy, so if you’re serving me ice cream for breakfast, I should be told. Secondly, to assume that ice cream is a substitute is also very poor. …vanilla ice cream is not açaí and I shouldn’t be charged 14 dollars for a fruit bowl essential. And it didn’t even have much fruit and just a sprinkle of granola. I had to ask to have the charge taken off, which he should have done up front. To his credit he nicely removed it but he was not set up for success nor did he communicate well.

   The server stand was closed, and the door locked, so we went through the movie theater entrance to get in. There was no direction of who to talk to, which left us finding a random server to seat us. It took over 10 minutes to get drinks, my husband's food was missing items on it so he sent it back, and at one point while we were all sitting with empty glasses I could see our server leaning over a counter texting on his phone. We finally got a manager to express our concerns and poor experience, and he went to find our server and refill our drinks. Afterwhile, the manager back we and were informed that he didn't even know where our server went and was going to need to find him! We got comped on some items, which was gracious of them, but we will have to think twice about coming back after this experience.

   Our server was a great guy. Wish I could remember his name but he was a tall African American guy who went above and beyond for us. Food was great and so were the drinks. Coming back for sure

   I had to leave because after being there for 20 min, I received zero service or acknowledgment. So I moved to the Bar thinking they cant miss me here. Finally got acknowledged and menus. Then nothing for 10 mins. Not even an offer for a drink order. They were not that busy so no excuses. They didn't want my business we left and went somewhere else. I will Never return to this restaurant.

    This was a complete joke!!! Advertising something they didn’t have was a utter falsehood!!! We arrived at our 8am reservation only to find an empty, closed restaurant!!! We were very upset, and missed part of the World Cup game being televised!!! Take that advertisement down now!!!

    It was a cold evening and the sliding doors were kept open. Would have been good if they payed attention to keeping it more comfortable inside the restaurant. Overall a good place.

    Good environment, good music and good food. The service has to be improved because my order was lost and I had to re-order my food again. The bill included some items we have already paid online (cover fee for the DJ).

    My daughter had the best 7th Birthday Party celebration! Latin night was a blast ! Cesar was great with helping us coordinate our dinner and made sure we were happy with our reservations ! Thank you!

    Had to tell employee's twice that the women's room needed some attention while I saw several staff members just standing around. Several dying plants could have also used some attention. It is such a cool concept to be able to dine and watch a movie, but it just felt very underwhelming.

    The server was having a bad day. Maybe managing to many tables. The highlight was Eric the host! Food taste like movie theatre food I guess they share the same cook. Chicken Strips & Fries taste like they were under a warmer and not fresh.

    Was looking forward to this brunch and trying the Restaurant at the Lot. Single mom with two kids so this was a splurge. Unfortunately, I was bummed at the expense/experience. Not a lot of variety, especially for the kids (just corn dogs really and corn on the cob). A lot of the food that was offered was cold. I know it was a buffet and that can be expected - but even when they refreshed the food it was cold...almost to the point where I wanted to ask if they could heat up a dish or two. Pasta obviously sat for a while - it was hard and chewy...sauce was cold. And the variety was very poor ("carved meats" only meant turkey), only two desserts, only watermelon (not a lot of fruits) and so on. Do not plan to return again.

    Mothers Day Brunch was a HUGE disappointment! I should’ve stuck to my instincts based on the Easter Brunch reviews. Brunch at the LOT is not the same pre-pandemic so do not waste your time. $65 brunch consisted of 2 soggy salads, English muffins with cold deli ham they called eggs Benedict, a handful of mini muffins and a charcuterie board. Do yourself a favor and go to El Torito, where at least you get a decent amount of food and bottomless mimosas! Never coming for brunch again!

    Came for Easter Brunch Buffet, food was ok not great but ok. The dessert station was VERY GOOD! The wait staff was very friendly and attentive. The flyers and emails advertised a Mimosa and Bloody Mary bar with the brunch but the waiter told us that they were an additional charge and NOT included with the brunch. Even the 2 coffees we ordered were NOT included in the brunch, such a rip off! Even El Torito offers complementary mimosas and coffee with their regular Sunday buffets, and honestly food tastes the same. Well, we won't be making this mistake again.

    The Mimosa and Bloody Mary bar seemed (the wording on event) to be included in the brunch cost; however, upon being seated, we were told it was not. Food was dismal and desserts were not refilled when empty. Way too expensive for the value.

    This was one of the worse experiences I've had and a complete rip off. The food was terrible. This was advertised as an easter brunch with bottomless mimosas and bloody mary's and an egg hunt for the kids. When we arrived we were told that the drinks were not included at all and there was no egg hunt for the kids. We asked about the egg hunt multiple times and other than bringing out a bunny for all of 10 seconds the people working at this place, including the host, seemed to know nothing about the egg hunt. This was obviously extremely disappointing for our kids. Finally, we were charged twice, once when we booked the brunch and at brunch. When we pointed this out to the host he assured us that one of the charges will be reversed but it wasn't. Terrible place.

    Advertising was misleading, $59 per person for brunch with a mimosa bar and Bloody Mary bar but those were NOT included. $59 was just for the buffet which was mediocre at best. I was required to pre-pay to reserve but was charged in full when we were leaving. I explained that I already paid but was told that was just a deposit that would be refunded, which it has not yet! Event Manager was incredibly rude, advertising was misleading and business practices are shady. I won’t go back!

    Do not book any special events. They are false advertising. Booked their Easter brunch that implied an Easter egg hunt and mimosa and Bloody Mary bar were included in the price. Made reservations where you had to prepay a non refundable reservation. Show up to find out that their hunt was pick an egg from a box and mimosas or any beverage was not included in the price. Top it off, even though I prepaid for the subpar buffet I still had to pay again. Despite the fact that I should them that their own company charged my credit card and not OpenTable.

    After years of being in operation, I can say nothing much have changed. Very limited selections still, however, the staffs were very accommodating. They let us order the items supposedly they offer for dinner as it was early and not that busy yet. The sea bass was good per my client but the pork chop was overcooked and not moist leaving me not finishing it. We ordered chocolate lava cake for dessert but got disappointed. Other than that, place is always clean and not crowded.

    We loved The Lot! We took our kids, and it was a perfect blend of family friendly with adult ambience. I had been a few times before for Happy Hour, but it was still a great fit for kids, too.

    They required a $15 charge for every person just to order anything. They were to have a dj. But even if you did not dance and no one was dancing you had to pay so we left
