    Three of us shared the meatball appetizer (3 delicious meatballs over silky polenta), cippolini (slowly roasted sweet onions drizzled with balsamic), fragrant risotto, and wild boar ragu served over gluten free pasta. The gluten free pasta was per request, and is the most delicious gluten free pasta I have ever had. My dinner companions are not gluten free and declared that they could not even tell!! Our dinner was excellent from the start, when we were warmly greeted by the hostess and shown to our table, through the knowledgeable server, who patiently answered all of our many questions, to the fabulous, mouth watering, superior food prepared by a caring and delightful chef, who came out to make sure everyone was enjoying their meal. The gorgeous view of the bay enhanced our already wonderful evening.

    Mixed drink were over priced and didn’t taste the alcohol. Was not excited about my Dirty Martini, certainly was not like any that I had ever had. Food was delicious, so loved my Meatballs and Polenta, just like Mom used to make…need the recipe. Great service! Beautiful setting with the sunset!

    My wife and I had been over doing it for a few days so we ate light here. I can't wait to get back and enjoy the full menu. We had Bucatini Carbonara and the Seafood Tagliatelle. Both were amazing

    Menu is limited but food is excellent. Views are phenomenal- spectacular sunsets. Great dining deck, upscale vibe. Great bar and drinks. Pasta dishes are a standout. Fresh and homemade and very good sauces. Entrees are limited and for sharing. Service is friendly - but restaurant must be short staffed with service and kitchen. Took too long for food. Pizzas are the best in OC also. A little too pricey for what you get but it’s good!!!

    Sadly service was terrible. It took an hour for our salads and 2 hrs for our entrees. Meatballs while delicious were cold and replacement order was also cold. Waiter was overwhelmed, took forever to remove menus and to clear dishes. One bartenders who was working her butt off. A cocktail which was about 4 oz & a lot of ice was $18.00. We were charged $15.00 for a split plate fee for an entree. Won’t go back, too many other great restaurants in OC & surrounding areas. Management was no where to be found.

    The best food we have eaten in Ocean City in our 20 years of coming here. Finally, a fine dining option that isn’t kitschy or just the same fried food served with white linen. The dishes were creative and well prepared. Hand-made pasta made every dish taste better. Our server was knowledgeable and polite. The chef stopped by twice to check on us. The portions “for sharing” are just that: huge. The side pasta dishes were either too big for one person (I.e., the squid ink and house sausage with rabe) or perfect (I.e., carbonara). We loved the carrots, potatoes, and eggplant, and the tiramisu was spot on.

    Beautiful location and ambiance!!! Wonderful waitress!!! One of the most beautiful restaurant locations ever. Portions are too big and main courses and drinks are too expensive but good for a splurge.

    Food was amazing. Had the 16oz ribeye and split it with my mom. The side personal pastas are amazing. Ravioli was delicious. Had wine and espresso martinis. Perfect way to end a delicious dinner.

    Absolutely first rate. View is fantastic. The menu switch to Italian has been great. Fantastic Italian. Veal was crisp juicy tender and flavorful. Squash blossoms inventive and delicious. Best Italian in OC.

    First time at the Lookout Lounge and will definitely not be the last. Everything was phenomenal from the view to the food and service. Megan was an incredibly attentive and knowledgeable server. The food was by far the best we have had in a long time. The sunset view was picturesque. We have already made reservations for an upcoming birthday.

    A beautiful location for an evening meal. Food was exceptional- the fig and olive bruschetta was genius. The bronzino was a bit too salty - but the presentation was great. It would have been good to have a fish knife to filet with . Hi Service was average.

    Our server was very good, and I felt like the food was on par. I had calamari as an appetizer and we also ordered Granoche prosciutto rolls and they were delicious. My husband had the carbonara and he thought that was good and I had fish and it was that perfectly. My only real complaint was that it was hot in there and there was a lot of flies on the window next to us. I feel like they need to have big fans going to keep the flies off the windows and off of us. I would go there again, but I would have to think harder about where we were seated.

    Celebrated my husbands birthday with a nice dinner here. The food is delicious and the chef came out to say happy birthday and offer us dessert on the house. The Lookout Lounge has the best sunset view it’s perfect for pictures or just relaxing and taking in the gorgeous view.

    The view was spectacular but it was extremely hot and humid. They didn’t have a/c or even fans while all of the walls were open. They need to re-think their setup. Prices were high and the quality of food and drinks were not impressive..

    This was our second visit to The Lookout Lounge. Both times the food and drinks were excellent, as well as the service. The chef made two visits to our table to check on our satisfaction. My only complaint, if it is one, is the very high cost of the meals, since it is a la carte.

    Great location with an excellent view of the bay. The service was very friendly. Drinks were great. Food was good but the quantity was challenging for a party of two. Large side orders but small shareable entree’s.

    Loved this place! Every dish was delicious! We especially enjoyed the arancini and affogato ! The staff was very nice and friendly and knew the menu well. Beautiful view of the sunset too. I would definitely visit if I’m OC again.

    The place had beautiful sunset views. The atmosphere was quiet and romantic. My family all said the pizza was ok, and the meatball app tasted good. We did not enjoy the piccata or pasta dishes (spaghetti with meatball dish, noodles were gummy) the pesto or the carbonara. The ravioli was the only great dish. When we got home, everyone in my family had a stomach ache. Not sure if it was the food or the tap water? I loved the physical space, but the food was lacking. Our server was very nice and attentive.

    Everything was amazing except the heat and lack of airflow even though we were outside and under cover. No ceiling fan! No shade! . The sun was blaring and no relief from the heat. Our food and server ,however, were awesome.
