This is one of the worst restaurants I've ever been to in my life. The service was terrible right from the start. The floor was incredibly sticky. The decor was trashy looking. The chairs were super uncomfortable. A random waitress squeezed a chair into our table that blocked me from sitting normally at the table. She told me the chair is "supposed to go here." My comfort be damned, I guess. Our waiter was pretty much non-existent the whole time we were there. The food was subpar. It was bland, very mediocre. We contemplated leaving a few times but we stuck it out just to see how bad it would actually be. It was really bad. I apologized to everyone at my table for bringing them here. Just awful. Do not recommend.
Well I don’t want to be too rough here but I can tell you that will never go back. I’m not sure if they’re trying to have a club atmosphere or a high-end restaurant but it’s not working. The service was excellent the young lady that was helping service did a phenomenal job. The food was pretty good but lacking some details when we order an avocado salad it should not be warm. The drinks unless you’re going with beer or wine don’t even try it. I ordered a dirty martini was the absolute worst thing I’ve ever had in my life. Lacking cleanliness from the moment we walk in floor sticky throughout the restaurant the men’s bathroom you almost stuck to the floor. I’m hoping that this was just them opening back up and didn’t have time to get things going but they have a lot of work to do.
The mijito was a little too minty making it taste watered down. The chicken sandwich wasn’t as great as I had the first time. The crispy bites and the watermelon wobble are to die for! Try them when you get there. Other than that it was a wonderful experience.
This was my groups first time there and we loved it. We would recommend it to everyone.
Food was very good as was service, but its needs a bit of attention with the decor and booth, and comfort.
Tried calling the location for 2 hours, kept getting their voice mail. Wanted to ask about the Suns game. Never got ahold of anyone. Decided to head over, game was on, yet no audio. Asked a few times, they said they couldn't play the audio. Server was really attentive & kind. Food was OK.....not the place for a Suns game.
The place is a dump, the wine tasted old and every booth was torn up! One poor lady tried to get out of her booth and the seat flipped up and dropped her under the table! She had to crawl out on her hands and knees… do not go in the restrooms!
Our server was very gracious and attentive. The outdoor seating was very lovely, although when they can the birds will try to get to your leftover food if it gets placed at the end of the table, lol.
Would definitely go again. At first the waiter wasn’t very friendly but he definitely changed attitude. Would highly recommend
The prices are expensive for everyday dining this place is not fancy but has hefty prices
The location and ambience on the patio are lovely. We chilled and ate and drank for well over 2 hours.
We went to Lola for a Sunday Brunch, sat outside. The music was decent. However, the tables around us were obnoxious and there were people that were super drunk around us spilling drinks and yelling. They were also understaffed for the number of customers they had. Also, our table wasn't stable and wobbled the whole time. Our food was subpar too. The bacon was disgusting, the potatoes very oily and the eggs overdone. I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone - Don't waste your money or time. I wish I could get my money back.
Our bartender was very friendly & attentive. He enhanced our experience. It was our first visit to your cool business.
Food was ehhhh. Over priced and small portion.
Cody, our server, was excellent!
He was so sweet!
They had all the huge patio doors open, and front door. It was 103 degrees in Phx as we were eating. The restaurant was about 88 degrees inside with music blaring. We we there for a birthday lunch. We can left sweaty, headachey, and a little hungry!!!
BTW- The birthday dessert was amazing- grilled pineapple with crunchy churro like topping and cotton candy (!), with a lit Roman candle on top!!
The presentation was fabulous.
We had brunch to celebrate our 15th wed anniv. It was so worth it! Loving everything about it! My hubby enjoyed his Lola's burger! It was an amazing experience. I am glad I was able to reserve a spot 2 weeks before!
Great!! Perfect Brunch!
Beautiful ambiance. Very romantic atmosphere. Highly recommended.
We went there on a Friday Night, it was not busy at all. Our waitress literally took our order and never came back, never asked if we wanted a refill or another drink. I order the lobster Mac, the cheese was liquid, almost felt like soup and had like 4 pieces of lobster. We have been there before however I will not be returning !!
Terrible experience with being seated at a table tucked in the corner with no lights and barely being able to read the menu. Switched to a high top where the mist machines made it feel like it was raining on us. When asked if they could be turned off, we were told no because then it would turn off all misting machines in the restaurant. We saw our server about every 20 minutes —
We have been to Lola many times in the past, but this time we got a very different experience. Unfortunately, this was also the time we brought new patrons with us. Majority of the items listed on the menu were no longer available, and of course that meant most of the things we wanted to order. It just smelt like stale garbage. Granted we were sitting outside, and it is hot in AZ, but it made eating very unappetizing. Although previous visits were great, I don't think we will be dining back at Lola anytime soon.
This was my first time at The Lola. I absolutely loved it. Good food, Great vibes. Most definitely going back.
We picked this spot based on the online photos and menu for my daughter's graduation dinner since it is one of the only places in Westgate offering reservations. The place was maybe 25% full and we were told we needed to wait for our table. Once seated, we ordered drinks and apps. Drink arrival was timely, apps were slow. Then we ordered entrees. We waited about an hour for our food and come to find out, the kitchen lost our ticket and never made our order. So, the end result was our daughter leaving to eat elsewhere before she had to head to a friend's party. The server should have at least offered to comp an app, drink or something but never did. Best to wait in line at one of the other restaurants on the Westgate property.
Came here to hangout. Love the neon signs. The pina colada drinks were good and fun.
It's an okay choice to dine. Nothing amazing, service or food won't wow you. I was happy with the choice of local craft brews.
Our first time here for brunch and it did not disappoint! We LOVED the cotton candy mimosa flight and other cocktails. The pancake board was also amazing! We will be visiting again.
We arrived early for our reservation and were seated right away but, once we were at our table no one came to check on us. After 20 minutes I decided to ask for our server and there appeared to be some confusion among the staff. Another 5 - 10 minutes went by and still no service so we just decided to leave. I don’t think we’ll be back.
Very chaotic and unorganized. We had a couple of servers, but one girl (bartender maybe?) had to hold everything together. She prevented the meal from being a complete mess.
It took a awhile to be greeted and was given water from someone who wasn’t our server. And then when our server did come she mentioned she was our new server and would be taken over. Felt like we were an inconvenience to her. Then when order salad my mom asked for salmon and she said they were out and then asked for lobster was also out.
Service was terrible.
Our waitress barely checked on us. Then when we her shift was ending she hurried us up to close our tab even though we weren’t finished eating or ordering. Another server never came to check on us or see if we needed anything extra.
Everything was perfect only small issue was our waiter took a while to come back to check on us. We were waiting for more then 20 minutes after our last guest showed up we were ready to order.
Very loud, very hot. Felt like the air conditioning was not on. The food and service was good but ambiance was not. Probably won’t be back.
Ladies night out! We had cocktails and appetizers then a meal . Everything was delicious , we can’t wdd as it to go back!
Best mimosas in Glendale! Loved our server she was the kindest!!! See you on Sunday for brunch Lola !!!
I’ve been here several times and I’m pleased every time. Great atmosphere, positive energy. I love it!
Extremely hot , had a reservation for 10 they sat us at a table that only fit 8 . The air conditioning and fans didn’t work in our section . Had to move tables. . Food was not worth the price everything tasted like thyme . Will not be going back . Waiter took 30min just to bring my mom a iced tea .
Food was good, the restaurant was pretty busy as expected. Service very good
We arrived and took them 20 minutes to get out table ready with 4 hostesses, none wearing masks. We asked if my Dad could sit down at one of the many empty tables while our table was prepared as he doesn't have much energy. Was told no by one hostess! Get inside and it is 75% empty with them seating everyone in 1 corner- how that took 20 minutes to get ready? The flowers we had requested and paid for were dead on arrival. The kitchen can only take 6 food orders at a time and our waitress did her best to get them all out together. Our waitress was excellent and the food was good, the overall experience was not.
The food was good. Ambiance was good. The place needs to be cleaned. Especially should be clean after 2020. The drinks were definitely watered down so I wasn’t happy about that. My overall experience was nice though. My waitress was great!
Service, food and location can’t be beat!
