The Log Cabin is an upscale restaurant specializing in fine farm-to-table cuisine, specialty cocktails and wines. The historic structure dates back more than 100 years and was once used as a Speakeasy before opening officially as a restaurant in 1933, after the Repeal of Prohibition. Since then, the Log Cabin has become a Lancaster County tradition, playing host to countless birthdays, anniversaries, business events and celebrations of all kinds.

And guests with dinner reservations should feel free to arrive early or stay late to enjoy the music. No cover charge. Seating is available on a first-come, first-serve basis.

We ate at the bar and the bartenders were excellent. Even with the bar manager out on vacation, we had excellent service and food. The bar manager is friendly and helpful. She has done a great job training her staff. Very nice evening.

We had a wonderful time. The food, atmosphere, waitress, bartender, wait staff, hostess, everyone was pleasant, friendly and respectful. The food was first class and delicious. We have been coming here about 6 times a year since 2015 and plan to continue that pattern. Thank You.

We are residents of Lancaster county and this was our first time to dine at The Log Cabin. We were celebrating our wedding anniversary. We let them k is we are celebrating on our reservation and they acknowledged it during our time there The food was delicious and prepared to perfection. I had the 21 day dry aged steak and my wife had the blackened salmon. We will be returning again in the future. We highly recommend this restaurant for any resident or travelers to Lancaster county wanting a special dinner.

This was the ULTIMATE dining experience for us on our Anniversary evening! This beautifully located restaurant had easy parking as we were greeted by a friendly staff and escorted to our beautiful table. A small “ happy anniversary” sign , chocolates and the bottle of champagne that I earlier requested was immersed in an ice bucket. Our server, Edwin was friendly and went over all of the selections and options, taking his time to answer our questions. The appetizers were perfectly made and designed with a unique flair. A great but not too extensive menu made our choices difficult. But we were never disappointed. My Osso Bucco was the finest I ever had, and my wife of 49 years had an amazing Salmon Oscar. With no room for desserts, we promise to return. A very reasonable bill and great service for this type of fine dining will keep people coming back for years!

Christine really made the evening! She was very attentive and even took the time to take us for a tour and explained some of the history of the Cabin. It was a special evening, great dinner and environment.
