Only gave one menu for 3 people, within 10minutes asked multiple times if we were ready, once advised we needed additional time to look at the drink menu after ordering food, no service for 20mins just to think about our drink order, by the time we wanted to order drinks they advise our food had been ready I ordered the steak rare and came out well done, food wasn’t very good, service wasn’t very good especially for the amount you spend for service, drinks and food… disappointing will not be returning

Service was on. Good ordered was not what was delivered. Server knew the menu had changed but didn’t advise. When I voiced my option the server did not Accept it.

Really poor service. Waited more than 40 minutes for a drink. We left and went to the tapas bar downstairs.

What an unexpected surprise to find this little gem sitting right under our noses. I came in with my sister and Mum for her belated birthday and to enjoy a light dinner before the ballet and to say we were impressed is an understatement. We ordered the Tuna Tartare with the Jamon Croquetas which melted in our mouths. From the main menu we shared between us the Vegan Nourish, Nourish Bowl and the Anytime Plate (Shakshuka) Though we didn't need it, we decided to indulge in a Portuguese Tart that had a delicate pastry and perfectly torched custard Every single dish was delicious but the Tuna was the star dish of the night, zesty and fresh without being overpowering it was a clear winner with the Tart followed closely behind. The staff were friendly and attentive and our only regret is we didn't try any of the cocktails - we will be back to do this and try more of the menu, soon...

We wanted to enjoy some dinner and drinks before a show. Arrived at 5:30pm, thinking we had plenty of time before 7:30pm show. I had to flag down staff to order our drinks, which didnt come for over 20 minutes. I went up to the bar to follow up on our drinks and asked that someone please come and take our food order. 45 minutes later, I had to then also follow up our food. We had to eat in a hurry and only made the show (at His Majesty Theatre next door) with moments to spare. Food and drink were nice, however the service was slow and staff had to be flagged down to take orders.

Our server appeared to forget that high tea includes tea, and I had to chase him after the food had all been eaten to ask if we could have our tea please. When it arrived, it was with teabags (disappointing for the cost and given that it’s a 5* restaurant). Stemware has crumbs inside - had to ask for a clean glass for sparkling wine. Menu said clotted cream was served with scones, but arrived with thin runny cream.

The service was very poor. We had to wait for over an hour for our food as there was only 1 waitress serving us. We asked for another round of teas & coffees and had to wait for half an hour for them. One of our friends did not end up getting her tea! The food was average too and not worth the money at all. Unfortunately it was not a good experience for us and we will not be going back.
