The food was delicious, the wine was great, & waiter was knowledgeable. Even the transformer blowing didn’t change the mood! We were celebrating my daughters birthday.
Very nice atmosphere. I very much like the rustic, intimate feeling of the building. The restaurant heavily emphasizes the "organic" theme which, in my opinion, is little more than commercial hype to justified charging more money. The entries we had were very good, presented nicely, but pricey. Portions are smaller but appropriate with my only exception being the cost. Our server was very nice, energetic, and attentive.
Shrimp and grits could use some improvement. Too gritty and not creamy. Filet meal and cheesecake dessert was ammmmmaaaaazzzing!!!
We love this place! It’s our first choice every time we are celebrating a special occasion! Our experience is always amazing

Great food and service-tables very close and neighbors eavesdropped on our conversation-failed to post fixed menu for Valentines Day on Open Table.
We were there for Valentines Day dinner. We had an early reservation, 5:15 to be exact, so it wasn’t crowded. Our server only poured us a half-glass of champagne, when other servers were serving tables next to us full glasses of champagne. We both ordered the filet, and our server never asked us how we wanted it prepared. The filets came back VERY RARE. I had to flag our server down to tell her as she had not come right away to check how the food came out. I sent mine back, and when it returned, it was still too rare, even though I had told her I wanted it more medium well. The third time it was served, it was still too rare for me, but I ate it anyway, because my date had already finished his. While I was about halfway through my dinner, our desserts arrived. I ended up having the rest of my dinner boxed up. The final disappointment was that I had given the hostess my credit card to pay for the dinner and the check was supposed to come to me; however, she placed the check in the middle of the table.
I have dined at the Loft before, and have had positive experiences; however this was a huge disappointment-especially given the Valentines Day “surcharge” of $70 per person. It was not worth it. I hope that the Loft will also train its staff to ask how their customers want their meat prepared. I do understand that Valentines Day is a busy night, but when you are dining at 5:15, there is no excuse for bad service at those prices.

We love to visit farm to table restaurants when we travel. The Loft did not dissapoint. Great food. Exceptional ice cream! Cheese tray made from dairy cows on site! Excellent. Hope to be back on our travels!
Excellent Brunch venue . Excellent service from an intelligent and friendly waitress
