Wonderful!!! Will be back!!
We've been there two times in the past two weeks. The food, environment and service were all fantastic. My only comment about what needs to be better is the portion sizes along with the cut sizes of the steaks needing more variations. This is now one of our favorite places to eat in the Indy area. We'll be back!
Love everything about the Loft!!
The Loft was recommended by a coworker. Everything about the location, from the history of the land and facilities to the quality of the food and service was top notch. I recommend this to anyone in the area. I look forward to going back and see the property in warmer weather.
Another outstanding luncheon with the folks at The Loft! Sabrina and her staff always do a fantastic job and we always enjoy our time there. Our hostess, Marilyn, is always fun to visit with and we got to meet a different server, Jonas, this time and he did a great job of taking care of our needs. Anyone wanting a great meal, great service at a different type of venue, this is the place to go! Thanks again for a great day!
we eat there often so know that the slow service on Sunday was not normal
Everytime our daughter comes to town Traders is her go to place for Sunday brunch
This place is so cozy and lovely, tucked in on a farm about 30 minutes from Indianapolis. They serve organic, farm to table food, that tastes amazing. I enjoyed my coffee and Sunday brunch while it was snowing outside that made atmosphere that much more romantic. Definitely will go back.
New and different. Area is really rustic and inviting. Seems as if you are off the beaten path. Great wait staff. Explanations and opinions are great! Thanks for the experience.
Celebrate a birthday.
The environment was nice. Service was very slow. Arrived 15 minutes early for our reservation, only to be told come back closer to our reservation time. Upon being seated, it took 30 minutes to receive our food. We didn't order anything complicated: salads, soup, meat/cheese boards. Meal was overpriced and the food was basic.
Had a great time at the puppy yoga class. Afterwards enjoyed lunch. Great salmon salad! Will come back again! Thanks
I always have a delicious meal at Trader’s Point Creamery. We usually go for dinner but this time I went with a co-worker for lunch. We both really enjoyed our meal. This was the first time she had been to the Creamery and said she would definitely go back for dinner with her husband.
Great local find, tasty, healthy food. A wide variety of selections, plus the store downstairs!
One of our favorite places to eat in Indianapolis. It’s always an all around wonderful experience!
We have always enjoyed our meals at The Loft, but this visit was disappointing. There was initially confusion with what the Devour menu was but we were able to figure it out. The flank steak was under cooked on both orders but not to the level of sending it back. The Pasteurized Pork entree was very fatty and the cabbage and beans lacked flavor. The apple crisp was flat as well (we felt like it was missing brown sugar). On a positive note the brassica salad was as good as we remembered and the cheese board was great. We will definitely come back, I believe this was a fluke because we’ve always enjoyed meals here. Depending on the time of day it can get a little noisy, especially if you are seated by a large party.
Nice Friday night date with the wife, would highly recommend this spot. We really enjoy it. This specific time we had some of the Brussel sprouts which were the best I have ever had anywhere. Great place for a date, to take family, or just a random meal!
As always, my most recent meal at The Loft at Trader's Point was excellent. Their food is always locally sourced, fresh, creative, and prepared to perfection. This time, we went for the Devour menu. My husband and I each had a cheese plate (you have to eat cheese when you're at Trader's Point Creamery). I had a steak, and my husband had chicken and dumplings. We both cleaned our plates. For dessert, we each got apple cobbler with a scoop of ice cream. We could have easily shared dessert.
Delicious, cozy, quiet, and the service is impeccable. LOVE it there.
Absolutely wonderful! The food is incredible, the produce really stands out. The setting is gorgeous!
Very pleasant experience, will certainly return! Have recommended to our friends
The food at The Loft was phenomenal. We went for the Devour Indy menu, so we got to try a few items. Everything was fresh and tasty. Wife and I both talked about it for 2 days.
Enjoyed the Devour Indy menu!!
Unique restaurant with a rustic feel. Food is all natural and amzing
Appetizers were tasty. Main course (chicken/dumplings) were awesome. Dessert was delicious. Sat in patio with warming unit. Server was great. Would definitely go back.
Neighborhood gem and worth the drive. Fresh local ingredients presented in interesting ways.
Left hungry as the brunch portion for egg nog bread pudding needed something else for the price.
We love the cheese tray here. My wife had the bison and noodles and really enjoyed it. I had the ribeye which is always very good with cream spinach and mashed potatoes. The steak was a little undercooked but the server did not come and check for several minutes and I did not want it to get cold so I went ahead and ate it. They do trim almost all the fat so it is a leaner cut of ribeye than you usually get. Overall it was another good meal at a restaurant that is in our regular rotation because of the cheese tray and farm fresh food.
The entire night was amazing. Food was great.
Our Traders Point dining experience did not disappoint. All four of us were delighted with our food- 2 had the ribeye, one walleye and one short rib and noodles. Our preferences on steak preparation were varied and each was served perfectly as ordered/described. The service was outstanding and the wine and cheeseboard were exceptional. The only negative was how close our table was to the table next to us. I could have turned my chair around and joined them. Despite the slightly cramped seating arrangement, I still rate it a 5-star experience and will return!
Food is crafted so well, definitely worth the money you spend because of the creativity and care that goes into it. Server was outstanding, very fun and real. Impressed my date a lot.
We enjoyed our visit and meal and would return again. The wait staff were very professional and efficient. Our waitress also took the time to explain many of the dishes offered that evening. The food was excellent, but a bit pricey for the serving size.
Great atmosphere and service! Delicious burger. Limited menu if you are a beef/pork/comfort food lover.
New Years Day brunch was perfect here! Love the brunch food and mimosas!
A wonderful experience from start to finish. The restaurant has a very cozy atmosphere. The food is top notch. The steak was cooked exactly as we ordered it. The wait staff is very attentive and helpful. Will definitely make a return visit.
It was so slow! Server didn’t back to our table for very long stretches of time. Empty glasses on New Year’s Eve is a bit frustrating.
This is the second New Years Eve champagne dinner I've enjoyed at The Loft at Traders Point Creamery (2016 & 2018). This time, I selected the Sunchoke Apple Soup, Scallops, and Egg Nog Bread Pudding for dessert. The Winter Whiskey Sour added a nice touch to the meal, as did the charcuterie board. And, each time after enjoying an outstanding meal, I've wandered through the parking lot looking up at the night sky, wondering why I don't venture across town more often to enjoy this one-of-a-kind place. Maybe my 2019 resolution should include lunch, dinner, or Sunday Brunch, at The Loft once a month!
The restaurant was beyond gorgeous for New Years. The food was fabulous. I enjoyed looking at the tree while eating. It was so beautiful. Nothing but the highest recommendation for this restaurant. The champagne was a nice touch.
I will definitely return soon. One of my new favorite spots.
Celebrated New Year's Eve here for the third year in a row with my husband. The service has consistently been excellent and the food is always fresh, interesting, and delicious. The three course NYE menu, though limited, has something for everyone. This year the sweet potato tagliatelle and the mushroom risotto with crab were the big hits for us.
New Years Evedinner was outstanding but so was any other meal we've had here. Enjoy the creative dishes and the homey atmosphere.
