   I’m so excited to see more upscale dining in this town I love. The lofted restaurant had a very relaxed and homey feel. The lighting and decor matched the exquisiteness of the food. The staff was amazing and so accommodating thank you Meghan and the manager for all of the amazing service. We ordered their signature sourdough with dill butter, endive salad, pasta and the star of the show - their wagu. Cooked to perfection in a buttery chimichuri and pear. Truly will be dreaming

   INCREDIBLE food and such an accommodating staff! They let us sit in a separate room near the fire so my wife and I could read our books during dinner and it was so lovely and peaceful! The food was OUTSTANDING one of the best meals we’ve had at a hotel. I’d recommend some dishes but I hear they change often, we got lots of aps as our meal so we could try lots of different things! And the wine selection was superb. 10/10 would come again!

   Absolutely stunning meal. Fantastic appatizers and the main (duck with squash mole) was one of the best single dishes I’ve had in a very long time. Appartizers (sourdough, scallops, polenta) on par! In addition, extremely cozy vibes and very friendly staff. Could not recommend more and would say this is worth a day trip from the Bay for the meal alone

   The food and service was excellent. It was intimate and not overcrowded. Would definitely dine here again!

   We had a wonderful weekend here. The highlight was the dinner on Friday night. So good! We shared several plates and loved everything! The tuna tostada a was amazing! The sourdough bread with dill butter was incredible. We shared the polenta, a gorgeous salad and the chicken with mushrooms. Best meal we’ve had in a long time. We ate on the dog friendly patio and we were grateful for the heaters. It was lovely!

   Everything was wonderful! Nothing was fussy, just delicious and delightful. I can hear the fresh bread crackling now. The staff were wonderful, especially Megan. Do yourself a favor and stop in.

   The exec chefs are a married couple, one from Brazil and one from Argentina. Their food is so brilliant and just tasted so good! The sourdough is incredibly soft and the crust is so delicate but crunchy. We loved the scallops and the polenta. Everything tasted so special and different than how we've had it before. Meghan was our server and we felt so cared for! She brought us out so many different types of tastings of wines and we settled on an amazing Argentinian Chenin-Blanc! The only note we had was one of the servers (not Meghan) came by and asked us to identify our ethnicities and proceeded to share tropes that she identified with them. We felt extremely uncomfortable. Meghan kindly came by afterwards to apologize and check in on us. But we did hope that other diners in the future will not have to experience that. We would love to come back and experience the food in the future but hope that this is addressed.

   Food was outstanding. Some really interesting and inventive dishes. We both kept remarking, "Wow...I've never tasted anything quite like this!"...so that was very exciting. 5 Stars for the food...quality, taste, execution, presentation, thoughtfulness of preparation. The dining room is really lovely and comfortable. Noise level was low, so it was easy to have a normal conversation, which we appreciated. Sometimes restaurants can be too loud and this one wasn't...so points for figuring out the right acoustics! The only criticism had to do with the waitstaff. First, there are way too many servers on the floor...they were racing around and sometimes (literally) bumping into each other. It created a bit of a chaotic feel in the background. Also, the servers were a bit too interactive and tried to be conversational and "jokey", rather than just being pleasant and focusing on the dining experience. Everyone was friendly enough, but they lacked a little polish/professionalism in their interactions, particularly for a restaurant of this caliber. Overall, the experience was good and the food really was amazing. We will go back and will also recommend to friends. It's on the high-end of dining experiences, so perfect for a special occasion.

    We had the most amazing time at Dawn Ranch it was so cozy with a wood burning fireplace. It felt like home but better.
