We loved the fried green tomatoes but were very disappointed by the menu set-up and how the sides were so pricey. We also thought some items were included only to find out they were not. We are unlikely to return.

Easy location to find. Large outdoor eating space. The restaurant was clean and the service was excellent. We came for Mother’s Day and the food was delicious. Everyone enjoyed their food. Hands down the best salad around. We will definitely return and would recommend this restaurant to all of our family and friends!

Great place to eat and socialize. Staff is extremely nice and accommodating. Never had to ask for refills on drinks. Server was always doing refills before we needed them. Had a great time for my Wife’s Birthday with family. Food was excellent.

Another great evening with great food and service from the staff. Saturdays can be extremely busy but we were seated quickly and service didn't disappear over the evening but was always checking in and making sure we were good and our glasses weren't empty. The food was delicious and hot, so we know it was fresh out of the kitchen and not sitting under a heat lamp. The Cajun pasta had just the right amount of heat to enjoy the flavor or the rest of the dish and the chicken. The steak was cooked perfectly and had a great char on it to add to the flavor. We always enjoy our evening there, even on a busy Saturday as the staff and kitchen know how to handle the crowds and still provide an enjoyable evening to us.

Really nice spot; nice ambiance and vibe; inside and outside seating. Would get loud if it was full. Some very interesting items on the menu, lots to try - Green Hummus, Southern Egg Rolls, Danish Blue Wedge Salad etc, etc. The salads were great. Nice wine selection, too. I always enjoy my meal at The Local Room. The menu is varied and includes items for anyone’s tastes. I enjoyed the Southern Egg Rolls and the Cajun Tortellini with blackened chicken. Shrimp is also an option to top with. The crispy Brussels sprouts are a great side. Service is excellent, knowledgeable and friendly. I am a local and enjoy having something so good, so close. Also, great for lunch, with outdoor seating, if desired.

Our food was delicious, though portions were small. The service was terrible. I cannot count the number of times I had to leave the table and head to the bar to request items as our server disappeared for long periods of time. Drinks not kept full, condiments requested at time of ordering were left off, salads delivered without silverware to eat them, no crayons with the kids menu (they don’t have any!) and salt and pepper was not on the table. For the price versus lack of quality service, we will dine elsewhere for the next family birthday celebration.

This was our first time at The Local Room. Tony was the absolute best server! He told us about the specials and answered all our questions perfectly. The food was wonderful and the restaurant had a great vibe - not stuffy/uppity, just simply comfortable. The menu is great with many options so it was difficult to decide. We opted for the chèvre appetizer, and our entrees were salmon and heart of the ribeye (daily special). The wedge salads were so good! Looking forward to returning!

It was the first for all of us, and we enjoyed our visit. The appetizers were excellent, the favorite being the fried green tomatoes, and followed closely by the creamy crab dip. Our steaks were well-prepared, and everyone enjoyed their entrees. Our server Diane was great. Wel’ll definitely be back.

Always a positive experience and tonight was no exception. In addition to the good food, wry reasonable prices, excellent service, and ambiance, one thing, I really appreciate is that the tables are spread far apart. You don’t end up feeling like people from other tables are eating with you enabling you to focus on the company of those you are dining with. That’s not very common at restaurants these days. I also love that you can make reservations. The Local Room continues to be my first choice of all the restaurants in a 50 mile radius.

We were promptly seated and waited on. Food came to fresh and hot. We had the Monday Special for two: the Ribeye's were cooked to perfection and very good. The salad presentation looked awesome, but the taste didn't quite live up to the anticipation. We are frequent diners to The Local Room All and they again were great. We'll be back soon!

It is ALWAYS a pleasurable dining experience here! You won’t find a better place for consistent food and excellent service! The staff is the friendliest, most likeable people you will find in the restaurant industry! I enjoyed a delicious prime rib with exceptional service by Luke! Cant wait to go there every week!
