The hotel lobby must be one of the most beautiful ever seen. We sat at the bar and James and Mildred were excellent. We ordered sushi and was very good. It’s really nice that now you can seat anywhere in the lobby and order food.

Some other reviews suggested food can be slow to arrive but we had no issues. They were out of a couple of menu items but what we got was tasty. Our server, Lupe, was great. There was an event happening/being set up so that was fun to watch. It's a hotel bar at the Fairmont no less, so not cheap, but definitely convenient at the end of a big vacation day.

The ambiance, music and decor is beautiful. The drinks were great as well but the food was not up to par. Plus they didn't mention they didn't have one item and just replaced those with more of others. I would have appreciated a heads up.

Vacation with my wife . We were very disappointed with the fact that there was a special event that evening. We were guests of the hotel and almost got stuck outside, even though we had reservations. I was expecting a more intimate experience. It was like a circus.

The food was great except there were not that many options. If you love sushi it’s a great place. They will not make rolls for you unless it’s on the menu which was disappointing. The service was pretty bad our waiter was not the nicest and did not clear the table when our desert came and was annoyed when we ask him to clear the table.

The open table menu shows half bottles of different spirits including Johnnie Walker Black Label 375ml for $50.00, I ordered it and the waiter Giovanni very nicely told me that he had to consult with the manager Shaquille Pagan, the manager Shaquille Pagan came to my table and instead of helping me started to harass me telling me that he won't do anything and treating me very disrespectful. I go there frequently and all I want is to have a good time. He ruined my date and my night.

The Lobby is a fantastic place for a drink or a full dinner, you can sit at the bar or at one of the lounge tables. the service is outstanding as well as the food. The cocktails are creative and well balanced. The staff is amazing and goes the distance to accomodate any request, overall a great experience.

This is not a restaurant. It is sushi served in the hotel lobby. They were very understaffed and it took 2 hours to get food. We were both sick the next day- not sure if it was related to the sushi. Sushi wasn't bad, but not great.

Went on a Thursday evening. Because of Covid restrictions and curfew, the bar is not as lively as it would have been. No live music either. Sushi was delicious. Well priced. Drinks, were okay! For the $17-21 not all that impressive. Bartenders were friendly and welcoming.

I was on vacation from Ohio. Not a good experience. We went on a week night and started with the waitress who was not nice to us. We wanted sushi and I was afraid to order. We left since this was not a restaurant but instead tables that looked like to see a show but there was not choice. In addition tremendously covid restrictions. Also it took about 2 hours to get our luggage and they never delivered it.

Fabulous ambiance with great food & cocktails and amazing live music. The Puertorican 'sushi' roll was outstanding! Love that people can dance as well as sit back and enjoy the vibe. Highly recommended.

Dinner was a circus. After begging someone to help us get seated it was another 30 minutes before we saw a server to place an order. 2 hours before dinner was served. It was the worst meal I have ever had, hands down. The Fairmont is so over booked and underserved with staff that it was easier to keep the table, have my husband walk down the street and order dinner and bring it back to the table which had the same warm drinks sitting on them and still no sushi’s. The server, when we saw him, was apologetic but it never changed our meal (which was still served 2 hours after ordering) and our service never got better. It was a huge waste of time and money and we should have left immediately. Rice was gummy on the sushi and the roll tasted like a Publix grocery store roll, and it may have been. In general don’t eat at the Fairmont, stay at the Fairmont or even swim at the Fairmont. It’s all gross.

We ate here while on our family vacation. The hotel is very nice but the actual “restaurant” is in the lobby adjacent to the bar area. When we arrived there were no other tables with customers. The music was exceptionally loud (even my two college age daughters commented as to the noise level). When we asked the hostess if they could lower the music she said “I can’t hear you” so we repeated our request. We were told that the manager wouldn’t be happy with that request. After asking several times, the begrudgingly lowered the music. While our waiter was good the entire experience from a service perspective was poor at best. The food was above average except for the fact that it markets itself as a “sushi” restaurant but there were out of tuna, salmon and yellowtail - yes - hard to believe. Another odd policy is that they take your credit card when you place your order - not something I have seen from other restaurants in Puerto Rico. Again, our waiter was very good but the rest of the service left a lot to be desired and made for a pretty unpleasant experience.

We ate at the lobby bar on two occasions. The first night we were desperate to find food after our reservation at Havana Bar and Grill canceled two hours before we were supposed to eat there. After scrambling for several hours we found someone at the hotel (Astrid) who tried to accommodate us as best as she could, and then Annalise and Chef Louis went out of their way to help us as much as possible and give us a delicious meal, even though they were short staffed. We liked it so much that we went back, this time with a reservation. Lupe was an excellent server, and we had a great meal. My biggest complaint about the food at the Fairmont is that it is extremely overpriced.
