You have 2 hours during brunch hours. And I mean it - they time it. We just asked for our tab when the manager comes to our table and says, "Time's up. People are waiting for your table." I turned to him and said, "we just got our tab." And please believe me when I say this, if the restaurant was humping, then by all means we'll get out of our table, but when there's 5-6 open tables, get off our back! Food was mediocre. Rosa our waitress was great! But the host and manager both need to find a personality. The host I believe is to greet you and thank you when you leave. First and last time for me at The Lobby. Not impressed with the higher ups.
I really enjoyed the chicken and waffles with berries and apple butter. My friend and I really appreciated the great service!
This was a great place for brunch. I will definitely be back
Great place, good energy, A1 customer service. Food was decent but overpriced, as well as the bottomless mimosas. It’s at least $16 per person, would be more reasonable if it were per pitcher.
The patio seating is great. Service and food were very good. You must try the donut holes. Will be back.
Service was a little slow but overall a good time.
Had a reservation at 10am, with no wait upon arrival. Service was good, turn time was excellent! One of my new favorite spots, I’ll definitely be back!
I have been a frequent patron at the Lobby. This was my first poor experience. The food was cold/hard when it came out and unenjoyable. We had to ask for silverware three times before it arrived after our food. The service was lacking even after expressing our concerns it was not addressed by a manager or anyone. Not sure we will be back.
I loved it!! Would definitely recommend to a friend!!
The host never stopped smiling, and our server was super nice. Food came out quickly, and mimosas were never empty. Everything was tasty. It was a Monday morning, so got seated on the patio right away. Appreciated the garden vibe, and overhead covering for shade.
Service was terrible and food was even worse. Won’t be coming back!
The bottomless mimosas were awesome on a Friday brunch. The morning Doobie burrito was great with bacon. Service was a bit slow at first but she made sure our mimosas never ran dry so that made everything OK.
Birthday Brunch was great!
Food is always great as is the service!
The hostess waitstaff everyone was professional friendly and very welcoming
The food can’t wait to go back and try more items delicious food is served hot and fresh
The art is for sale I’ll be back to buy some as well
Don’t over look this place 25 out of 10
Very friendly staff but noise level was extremely loud in the lower level. Avoid if not on bachelor party or football with the boys. Outside area or nothing might be best for everyone else.
Overall a good experience. The waitress was very busy so a few things came out wrong. Food was good and the staff were all friendly and nice.
Amazing service, didn’t feel rushed, great hospitality, and all around great vibes.
We had so much fun!!!
This place was eh. The service was good and it’s a cool looking spot, but it was SO hot and stuffy inside and the food was super bland. I got the hangover hash brown bowl and my boyfriend did the fried chicken and biscuits and we had to load up the meals with salt, pepper, and hot sauce. The chicken was pretty dry and there just wasn’t any flavor. Nothing super special about this place except maybe the bottomless mimosa deal. I probably won’t be back.
I went to the lobby for a brunch date with an old friend. Our server was friendly and personable. The space was pretty with lots of light and character. The menu had fun names for food which added to the overall character of the restaurant. The bathroom was leaking some water and could use some maintenance. My food came out a little cold as well. Not a deal breaker, will be back again, but something for management to consider.
My friends and I sat outside and it was very nice. The food and service was excellent. I have been here several times and will keep coming back.
Great service and good drinks. Good size mimosas for bottomless!
The interior space was hot and muggy, but the patio was lovely. Unfortunately, the food was mediocre and the service was slow and not particularly engaging. I’d go lots of other places before choosing to go back here.
Food was very good. Bottomless mimosas were abundant and delicious. Our service was excellent. We sat outside, it was a very welcoming and overall great experience.
The service was very slow and the food was bland and just not good. There were also a lot of flies inside and the tables were sticky/dirty.
Slow service. Waitress kept forgetting to bring out part of order. Rung in orders wrong and wrong food delivered.
The food was tasty and the bottomless mimosas are big and super yummy!! 10/10 recommend!
Bottomless mimosas and bloodies are $16 during brunch. We saw $10 and thought it was too good to be true.....perhaps pre-pandemic. Lovely outdoor patio. We were told brunch gets tons of cancelations but sign said 2 hour wait, we didn't see/experience that.
I talked to the manager Christian a couple weeks in advance about having celiac - he said to let him know ahead of time and they would accommodate. His wife checked in with me day-of and they were both so sweet and accommodating. My food and our experience were wonderful. So happy with our lobby experience!
Excellent management! You can tell it’s a priority that you are happy here as a customer. Not too loud, amazing food, great time! Will be back.
I’ve visited the Lobby many times and always have the issue of only seeing my server maybe 3 times at most. My food was cold by the time I could tell someone that we didn’t get utensils.
We were seated in a very drafty spot. We tried to move to a different table, with the waitresses agreement. It was drafty there too. Food was good. The noise level was off the charts loud. Not a quiet brunch as I wished for.
A bit out of the way from the core of LoDo, but worth the walk. Good breakfasty food -- not spectacular. The "Tastes Like Chicken" sandwich was victim of the current curse of "tall food is better, even if you can't eat it that way." The breakfast burrito was more egg than anything else. We eschewed the bottomless mimosas and maries that seem to be the main draw. Staff was friendly and helpful. Garden courtyard looked very nice.
In short, worth it for a visit, but it didn't convince me to give up trying other breakfast places in the downtown area.
This is always my go to spot! Never disappoints.
We attended the lobby for my birthday brunch, the service was good and seating was perfect to fit our large party, but the food was trash, horrible!! The food was cold for starters, eggs, sausage, waffles the biscuits and gravy and fried chicken were disgusting. The mimosas were watered down as well as the orange juice. The biscuit was hard and the gravy was bland!! We had a party of 6 and all the options were the same!! We sent multiple items back and had had those items removed from the check! We complained and informed to our waitress to our disappointment , a manager or explanation of the food was NEVER given!!! If you want great ambiance the lobby is perfect but if you want great food, you should really, really rethink going to this restaurant!!! I can’t be more honest!!
The food was acceptable, but nothing special. The wait staff and greeters were great and friendly and helpful. The bloody mary's were pretty awful, frankly. The outdoor seating was pleasant and nicely shaded--that would be the main reason for returning.
This place is great! We visit for brunch bottomless brunch whenever we are in Denver. The food, drinks, & service are consistently wonderful.
We are a brunch group that goes to have brunch every two weeks at different locations in colorado. The Lobby was the best experience we have had so far. The food was amazing and the BOTTOMLESS MIMOSAS were DELICIOUS we will definitely be coming back soon!!
The food was very bland and my chicken was dry with no flavor
