The Jimmy Dean and Chicken Biscuits and great were amazing! Loved the bottomless mimosas and Alex was a great server! :)
Food has definitely declined. The morning doobie was underwhelming. Green chili is not CO green chili. Pork was tasteless and the overall dish was lacking flavor. The bottomless mimosas were all orange juice. Unfortunate as this was a regular brunch spot in our rotation. Will not be back.
We had a reservation for 10:30 AM it took 30 minutes for our waitress to take our order, and then our food didn't arrive until 12:15 despite us asking several times and being told it was on it's way. Once the food arrived there were several mistakes (one example: the bagel was supposed to have cream cheese on the side and we were given sour cream). Food was mediocre - bread was dry and food was barely warm. Would not recommend, especially for the price.
Truly disappointed in the overall experience. The Lobby was by far my favorite brunch spot until recently. The food was just blah and it took forever to get refills on our bottomless beverages. I was also disappointed to learn that the bottomless price was raised to $16 vs most bottomless options in Denver come in around $10.
The food was awesome and our server was great. My only complaint is that the bottomless mimosas were basically all orange juice.
We went for a girls brunch and had a great experience. Good service and good food and Bloody Marys
Our server was amazing and did everything he could to make sure we were having a good experience. The food was Good, & the alcohol prices are decent.
Great! No rush!!
Bottomless mimosas everyday hell yea. Food was great. Service amazing. First time doing kombucha mimosas was soo good. Construction next door was noise but thats not their fault.
It was quick, good and had a nice ambiance! I wish we had sat on the patio as I think it would have been better but still overall good
Service was good, but the food wasn't very impressive. I ordered the cluckin waffle - presentation could have been better. Just a waffle with 2 strips of chicken, one of which was super dry and the breading fell right off the chicken. The best part was the sausage gravy, super good!
As always, we had a great time at The Lobby! Today we had Kaitlyn, she was lovely and understood our style immediately. We will be back.
Molly was amazing!
We were seated for 25 minutes before anyone came to even take a drink order. And throughout the meal we had to stop our server for refills, to order food, and for basing dining necessities. Great food but very very poor service.
One of the Best Mother's Day ever only to be topped off by our meal at The Lobby! A great place to head before a Rockies game. Alex was our server. Probably the best in Denver. Thank You!
I went for brunch and the food was pretty good, but I wouldn’t go here expecting good service. We couldn’t even find out waiter half the time and when he finally came around, he literally checked on every table around us except for ours.
This was my second time to the lobby. And it was just as good as I remembered. Me and my husband werd in Denver for our honeymoon and I had to make sure I took him here. Our server was awesome and gave us some good spots to hit in the Rockies. I cant wait to get back to Denver so I can come back.
My girlfriends and I went for brunch and we had a wonderful time! The decor and energy at The Lobby was fantastic. Bottomless mimosas were amazing and our food was great! We would recommend to anyone!
Had an amazing time celebrating my birthday their this weekend. Everyone was really nice. The chicken waffle with the honey spicy sauce was delicious! We have nothing bad to say but positive stuff about The Lobby! We will be back!
The food was amazing but I am sad to say the customer service was pretty poor. We had a reservation at 10:15, we arrived on time and asked to be seated outside where there were open tables, we were told no. Our food arrived pretty quickly and was delicious. We ordered the bottomless mimosas and spent most of our morning trying to track down our server as she very rarely came to check on us. She neglected to write our orders down (table of four) and a food item was forgotten. We made eye contact with the server several times and each time she waited the next table. I am not sure if it was because we were the only black guests at the time or what... After needing assistance for over 15 mins, we asked to speak with a manager. The manager was kind and extremely apologetic and reassured us if we need anything that we should just reach out... Upon receiving our bills, we noticed that each guest was over charged. Each guest ordered bottomless mimosas ($13) but was charged $39.. Instead of inputting as refills, the mimosas were inputted as a new charge. We had planned to stay longer to enjoy our drinks prior to departing but after our bills were given to us at the wrong amount, we decided the drinks were not worth the headache of this experience.
Bad service, expensive food that wasn’t good. All the people working seemed like we were a nusiance to them.
Upon arriving ontime for our reservation, the hostess brought us down to seat our party of 4 in the dark basement of the building- despite there being several unoccupied tables on the sunny main floor upstairs. I kindly requested that she seat us at a table upstairs as we would like to be where there is sunlight and a more positive atmosphere and she responded “what’s wrong with it down here?” I replied that it felt a bit like a dungeon and we were hoping for a light and positive Sunday brunch experience, take photos, etc. she proceeded to ROLL HER EYES at me and passive aggressively lead us back upstairs.
I felt this was extremely rude and inappropriate seeing as we have held this reservation for the entire week prior. To see walk in parties being treated with better service and sat at more desireable tables was upsetting.
Additionally, our food took a very long time to come out and was cold when it finally did. Won’t be returning.
Nice ambiance, particularly upstairs and the patio. Service was good and very accommodating for our large party for brunch. We went for the mimosa tower, and it did not disappoint. The food, however, did. It is extremely underwhelming. The menu items sound good but it's ultimately minimal effort and executed very poorly. I might go back for a drink in the garden but wouldn't waste my money on the food again.
We went for Sunday brunch, and it was definitely a hot spot! Not what I expected, and a completely awesome surprise. Food was delicious, beverages were great, and our server was friendly and helpful. It was super busy, which slowed down our food and drinks, but it was worth the wait. Overall, we had a great time.
The mimosas were great. I was disappointed in the food. I got the pig in the city and the pork was dried out. Normally the food is very good.
The Lobby was delicious. It was hot in the restaurant due to the people and the staff kept shutting the breeze out. Overall it was worth my brunch time.
I would recommend for brunch, but maybe not for dinner.
I was super disappointed. Service started out great but quickly went down hill-- even though he only had 3 tables. We had to wait more than 15 mins for refill of water, even though we asked multiple times. I could see our waiter in the the kitchen but not serving anyone. I was really disappointed in the main dish. I've never had pork belly so over cooked. We won't be repeating anytime soon. So sad!
I have been to the Lobby probably 30x over the last couple years, and have never been disappointed before my visit on Sunday. Had a 2:00 reservation and was somewhat rudely greeted by the male host who told us that our table would not be ready for 20-25 minutes. I thought that’s why I made a reservation, so my group wouldn’t have to wait for a table, and was told that we could not eat on the sunny patio as they were not staffed for it. The service at our table, once seated, was fine and the food was good as usual, but the initial greeting and experience before being seated left a lot to be desired. I understand that they were busy and do bottomless mimosas etc, but in a town filled with brunch places, this experience has left me to brunch elsewhere in the future before returning here.
Went there to celebrate my birthday with a group of 8. We had the bottomless mimosas which were decent. Our waiter Alex had a great personality and was quick with the refills. Our food came out a little cold but was still good! Overall good experience.
You go there for the vibes. Definitely not food or service.
The ambiance and service is great, but honestly the food was sub par. We went for restaurant week and were not impressed. The salads were good, hush puppies were very dry and grainy, and the duck had an overwhelming, not complimentary sauce.
I love this place. The bottomless mimosas are great, too. My only complaint is that the food I ordered came out cold and had to be sent back to the kitchen. However, they fixed this issue promptly.
We loved it here! Our server Alex was very knowledgeable and suggested great things on the menu and went above and beyond giving us recommendations for the rest of our trip in Denver
It was a nice quiet atmosphere since it was only 530p when we went. We used a TravelZoo voucher and got an amazing deal on an app, 2 dinners and 2 drinks. Good quality for the prices, will def go back.
Staff were very friendly and helpful; service was on time and food was great. It just became very loud when the room was full - like most restaurants.
dinner before fleetwood mac was hearty! steak better than the rib eye i cooked from the store a few nights before. tasty veggies and cheese sauce. loved the plum dip with our wings. son's burger done just right with awesome pickles. jordan was excellent!
The service was good and the drinks were good too. Strong and plenty. The restaurant was really accommodating with my late arrival (it was also at a non-busy time, so...). However, the food has room for improvement. The meat portion was small and the French toast sandwich was just meh for me.
deviled eggs were horrible, could taste they were old, main meals were small and even cold. place is nice and the setting is very relaxed. service was ok missed my drink order the first time and forgot to take off the OOOLLLDDD tasting eggs
The Lobby has become our go to for any and every occasion! The bottomless mimosas are amazing, the food never disappoints, and the staff always goes above and beyond. Their service and friendliness goes unmatched. Any time we have brunch plans, a birthday, a friend in town, this is the place we want to be!
