   The restaurant ambiance was excellent, definitely comfortable while being upscale. The music was fun but not too distracting - that kind of thing was on point. My partner and I had the rigatoni and the burger challenge burger. The burger was phenomenal, though the pasta was a little too al dente for her but just a little under for me. It's a fine line, and not something that would rise to the level of a complaint. The sauce could have used a little more salt, but again a fine line and was very flavorful all the same. We each had a mocktail, and having had many in other establishments these were among the best - we gave the bartender a lot or leeway and they did not disappoint in any respect. The only negative was that our server was very lackluster about serving us. Everyone else who came to our table to drop off food or bring drinks was lovely, full of energy and at least trying to seem enthusiastic and engaged, while our main server was checked out basically the whole time. A good experience overall, but a notable bump in an otherwise great evening.

   Cocktails are delicious. Service was wonderful. Herbed olives are a must! Most of our food was delicious and the deserts yummy. One pasta dish was undercooked and the pizza crust too thin to hold the toppings. The view was stunning and the atmosphere was perfect. We felt welcome to stay and catch up - family from out of town - and enjoy!

   We had an excellent table, which was as per our request so we really appreciated that effort. Everything our party ordered was delicious, as we sampled from most areas on the menu.

   Went to the Little Sparo on Saturday, the restaurant was beautiful. Our food was top notch, the best we’ve had in the city in a long time and our server Michael was fantastic. So personable and made great recommendations on the menu. Popped over to the bar after dinner to wait for some friends and enjoyed some delicious cocktails while we waited. Absolutely will visit again.

   The restaurant atmosphere and food were excellent! The staff were great and did an outstanding job however it looked like they were understaffed but doing the best they could with what looked like just the one server, one bar tender doubling down as greeter and one other gentleman. Would certainly go back and recommend it and hopefully management takes a serious look at their staffing levels.

   Unfortunately our experience wasn’t great . After some bread and an entire bottle of wine our order still hadn’t been taking so we paid and left. Was well over an hour. Maybe short staffed, would definitely like to try it again though as we were very much looking forward to it

   The only note to mention 2 of the party of 5 had the bucatini with bacon and cheese but we found it very salty….other than that food was excellent and breakfast too.

    One of the best restaurant experiences I've ever had. Food was impeccable- perfectly cooked amd presented. Our server took care of us extremely well - could not be happier with how our visit was.

    The ambience would’ve rated much higher if the heat from the propane fireplace was effective in warming up the place. Had to wrap up in scarf and keep winter coat around myself to stay warm. It was -15C outside and could feel it each time the main door or elevator opened. The scallop and pork belly appetizer was good but the marinated olives that my husband ate were off (he felt sick later! And thankfully only ate a few). The little sparrow burger was good. But my Carbonara pasta came cold. The server did offer to take it away and provided a new dish which was warmer. We shared the tiramisu and it was definitely large enough to share. The views were lovely and the service was good. The wine too. It was just too cold to truly enjoy it. Hope they can figure out a way to improve upon the temperatures - otherwise I may keep it on my list for summer visits only.

    Ambiance is amazing. Cocktails amazing. Pizza selection amazing. Wine selection good. Menu little short on options for main, sides, and apps. Would have loved more tomato based/ seafood pasta as an option. Ricotta app was delish. Salmon was cooked to perfection, fingerling potatoes ok, kale/chorizo not so much. Just didn’t seem to fit the dish.

    Always an excellent meal, unfortunately our table was very brightly lit…like literal spotlight on us! While maybe preferred by some and great for those with low vision, made for an odd vibe for our occasion. Dim those lights a touch please!

    We had such a polite and friendly server. The drinks were delicious. The bolognese and rib eye were cooked to perfection. Thank you for the cheesecake with a little candle! We savored every bite in peace and quiet.

    I'd heard good things about this place and decided to try it for my mothers birthday supper. The restaurant is decorated beautifully with stunning views of the water. The wait staff were tentative and helpful when we asked for recommendations. Overall we didn't think the meals we not worth the price. We ordered 4 dishes and split them amongst the group. The consensus was small portions and too much salt. Every dish tasted like super salty, maybe it was the pancetta? Hard to taste anything other than salt. We all had to get something to eat when we went home.

    Our dining experience was wonderful. The staff were very helpful and accommodating, offering information about the choices we were interested in. There was a nice variety of offerings. The decor was lovely and the ambiance was jist right; tables were not too close together, it was not too noisy, and the lighting was just right.

    Table of 6 celebrating a birthday during brunchThe food was fantastic until dessert for the bday girl which seemed freezer burnt. The server was very nice and strived to be attentive but was too busy so we waited a lot.Definitely not his fault. None the less the food and atmosphere was lovely overall and we would definitely go again for sure to see if any improvements.

    We came for brunch reservation was 9:45. Breakfast/brunch menu not updated online. But we did managed to figure out what we wanted. Food was delicious but disappointing that the menu has not been updated online. Cause we had picked out our favourites from there. Was nothing like online but we did have the traditional breakfast. Four of us went for my mom’s birthday and had “the sparo”. It was delicious and the sourdough was so good we couldn’t leave home without a loaf. Service was wonderful and server was extremely good to us and so nice. Loved the view from our table.

    The cocktails that they had the ingredients for were good. Food was underwhelming. For a restaurant that specializes in Italian food, I expected better Italian wines. They had one pseudo Chianti that was underwhelming to put it politely. Won’t be back.

    Poor value for money: $140 for four people and a very basic breakfast (no alcohol, no extras) is too much. Menu choice is very limited. Eggs Benedict with bacon jam was sickly sweet and on the edge of edible; other items were meh. The server was lovely and the space looked nice, but we certainly won't return for mediocre food at a high price.

    This place is a little gem, beautiful place with a great view and ambiance. The service was good and the staff were wonderful. The food was excellent with the exception of the carbonara which would have been delicious but it was way to salty. Given the ingredients and the particular dish I would expect it to be salty but this was too much to enjoy, I actually didn’t eat it but others at my table did. The remainder of the food was top notch, pizza, scallops shrimp, highly recommend. Overall I had a great experience and will defiantly return to this restaurant!!!

    The lighting level at our table was much too dim. We had to use our cell phone flashlights to read the menu. And we could not properly see our meals. A great part of the pleasure of a really good meal for me is the presentation and that first look at yummy food.

    Really enjoyed our meal, the food was great. Veryselect menu though. Service was good. Beautiful view and really loved the ambiance. Felt just needed a little more lighting at our table. There was a tea light but very dim. Had to use the flashlight on our phones to be able to read the menu. Overall a good experience and definitely would go back

    The food was excellent, the service was excellent with the lighting it was hard to read the menu. Bread should be complimentary when your purchasing dinner, not an extra charge in a higher end restaurant
