We have been going to Little Door for quite some time. It had been a number of years since out last visit. Still a great 'go to' place for a celebration or a romantic night out. The restaurant is sparkly and the food was excellent. I had lamb, and my partner had sea bass. both quite good.

FYI - this was also sent to Little Door management via "office@littledoor" - yet no response. Went to celebrate birthdays. I had noted this in res. booking via open table “are you celebrating anything special", but it was never referenced once during our dinner by the staff/waiter. I came in from out of town (after 25 years living in LA), and the highlight of this visit was coming to TLD. For 25 years we have had the most amazing experiences at this special restaurant. I’ve brought family/ friends spending many memorable meals at this little oasis. However, the night was the most underwhelming and disappointing. The service was mediocre. The waiter was nice, but didn’t really engage. Never were we asked how our food was, if there was anything we needed, as empty drink glasses remained empty until I tracked someone down for more, etc. Next was the lackluster food. Lamb was dry and flavorless and uneventful (versus the same dish I had for years at TLD that melted in your mouth.) When I had asked for it cooked a certain simple way, the waiter said "the chef is going to hate me for even asking”. What’s that about? Who says this to a guest??? My friend had the Couscous Royale and that too was off. Food presentation and taste was something at the level of airplane food. I hate being so critical, but the only thing going for TLD was the atmosphere - music, lighting, and warm welcome front desk person and overall vibe. But when the dinging experience is so disappointing, no atmosphere can make up for it. Even the Creme Brülée (something that once just melted in your mouth, was like the entrees - blah… We didnt’ even finish it.) It pains me to write this, as I never had one experience at TLD that was less than EXCEPTIONAL. Given we weren’t even asked how was our meal or tasted, how was our night going by anyone, maybe some of this could have been averted. I hope they get things back to the level of what it was in the past and capture the magic and wow’ing guests.

The restaurant was absolutely beautiful, with all the greenery and lighting as well as the service was just as amazing as the food. The servers were always attentive and quick to anything we needed. It was a bit loud, but no huge issue since every other aspect of the restaurant was perfect.

I loved my paella it was a great option. Parking was easy for me i loved the intimate atmosphere as well as the artist who paints on a canvas thats lit up. Very pretty and unique. Good food goo md vibes

Always love this place. Auto 20% gratuity works well for the food, as it is amazing. I wish the servers would be a tiny bit more enthusiastic but I understand they’ve been doing it for years. Just feels nice when you feel more special and not just like another guest. But other than that, their food is 🤌🏻 one of my favorites!

Had a great meal with my family at The Little Door. First off, this is great place for a romantic date or a group meal. It's not for young kids. My kids are teens and they are foodies so we really enjoyed our dinner. Cheese Plate, Charcuterie plate, Filet Mignon, Tagliatelle, Lamb Chops, and Lamb Stew were amazing. We also had cheesecake, bread pudding, "coffee and milk" for dessert. Not one bad dish. My only recommendation is to have a mocktails menu. But great wine list if you'd like a glass to go with the meal. Will definitely be back!

One of the best meals I've had in a while in Los Angeles. Very well designed menu. The portions of the hamachi crudo were very small. The markup on wines by the glass is above average (even for this city). But all that said, it was great service and a delicious meal. Highly recommended.

This is a most beautiful and romantic patio experience. Fresh baked parker rolls and steak tartare are the best appetizers and sea bass was wonderful. Valet solves the limited street parking issue. Great cocktails starts the evening right.
