   We have never had a less than excellent meal at the Lime Tree. On this occasion we had a three course early bird meal. For starters I had mushrooms while my wife had a fishcake. They were both delicious (we sampled each other's dishes). We each had steak and were thoroughly satisfied with the quality and quantity. For dessert I tried the Apple Crumble while my wife had the Sticky Toffee Pudding. There is little I can say to describe both other than an absolute pleasure to taste. My wife is happy to say that it was the best Sticky Toffee Pudding she has ever tasted. Great food, excellent and friendly service and all at a reasonable price. I would have no hesitation in recommending this small, high quality, eating place.
