This is our second time eating at The Libation Room. We love the unique atmosphere and the varied cocktail list. Everyone of us were very pleased with the food especially the crab dip, lamb lollipops and twin lobster tails. Be aware that the noise level is fairly high. We will definitely return to this restaurant as it is absolutely a must dining experience!

Excellent food in the far more preferred quiet and upscale back of the Summer House Restaurant. The main restaurant area is quite loud and crowded in Rehoboth especially in season. We had reservations and were one of only three tables in the far more quiet and upscale Libations room - definitely worth it.

Great experience with one glitch. Small, intimate setting. Great drink menu, I had a Japanese Pickle. Tapas plates were super good, goat cheese and peach crostini, and tuna tartare with paddlefish caviar. We had a great bottle of wine with our entrees, sea bass and a filet. Unfortunately I had to have them cook me a new filet when my medium rare arrived medium well. Even when cooked correctly, the cut was not nearly as tender as its price would warrant. I would not order it there again. Hence only 4 stars. Dessert was a monstrous pie of chocolate mousse type cake. It was comped because of my steak. Our waiter was fantastic and the bartender as well. I would suggest entering through the Summer House as the back entrance just puts you right into the Libation Room at back end. We will return!

Excellent “upscale” restaurant in the Rehoboth Beach area. Very cozy atmosphere with leather seating, black and gold accents. Exceptional and creative cocktail menu along with delicious entrees. Service was excellent.

Only 2 servers for the entire back room. When we arrived there were about 6 parties and it slowly dwindled to about 3 parties. Server forgot to bring out drinks twice. They should at least have one staff member just making drinks. Steaks came out over done (medium well instead of medium rare and well done instead of medium) but were taken back to the kitchen and re-made. Otherwise food and drinks were excellent.

We were beyond excited to finally try out this restaurant, and for the most part, our experience lived up to the hype. The service was attentive and friendly, and the food was absolutely delicious. However, we did encounter a disappointing snag when we asked to add two more people to our party. We were taken aback when the staff informed us that it wouldn't be possible, assuming that the restaurant was simply packed to capacity. But as we glanced around, we noticed that the tables adjacent to us remained empty throughout our entire meal, easily able to accommodate the two extra guests. It was a puzzling and frustrating experience, especially considering the excellent food and service. Despite this hiccup, we would still recommend this restaurant, but perhaps with the caveat to plan ahead and make sure to book a large enough table from the start.

What a wonderful addition to Rehoboth’s dining experience. The decor is so cool and it feels more like a private club. Amazing cocktails, outstanding menu options, and friendly hosts who are terrific. 💯star evening for me and out-of-towns guest visiting. Look forward to returning many more times!!!
