   The special safron risotto with scallops was superb, and the branzino was beautifully prepared. Delicate, fresh and flavorful. Niclola (Sommelier) guided us to a perfect red wine despite our fish centric choices. Chef Vincenzo's kitchen appears to be creating beautiful food with an innovative twist on some classic dishes. Highly recommended!! Louis

    We love the Leopard The wait staff seemed to turnover....Havent been back since they tremendously overcooked my chop and didnt even offer me a credit. First time visiting in over 2 months...food was delicious, wine delicious, but just seemed slow and perhaps understaffed, but that is the new world these days

    One cannot argue with the setting - the original murals in the wall reflecting an earlier time combined with the modern decor. Service is perfection from the bartender at the bar to the wait staff. We were not rushed, able to enjoy our meal leisurely. Tables are a bit close together. The food was superb. The best pork chop I have ever had. My friend enjoyed the Zappa di pesce. This is My first foray into dinner, I have been numerous times for brunch and restaurant week dinners. Yes, it is expensive but it is completely worth it!

    After having dinner at The Leopard the night before (separate review), we returned for lunch. We were reluctant to return given that the dinner experience was so good, and did not know whether they could top that.... Well, we were wrong.... At lunch, there was excellent, just perfect live jazz music played by two gentlemen (bass and guitar). The service and food were fantastic. The chef (Vicenzo) offered us to taste a spring menu dessert item to be added soon. Tiziano (the manager), Nikola, Vicenzo and the entire Leopard team were one again above and beyond. Thank you!

    This dinner was on the occasion of a special family event and, in hindsight, there was probably no better choice. The ambiance and food were truly outstanding, but what was above and beyond was the service. Nikola and his team made the evening one to remember as a once-in-a-lifetime dinner experience.     I remember Cafe des Artistes when it was a luxury dining experience. Last night the atmosphere was hectic, our Brussel sprouts wan and overcooked and our cappuccino cold. Our waiter, though, was terrific!

    Beautiful space both inside and out. We live in the neighborhood and go a few times a year. The food varies in quality. On Valentine's Day, the food seemed less good than usual, although we liked the eggplant ravioli with tomatoes and basil. The calamari appetizer was the least successful because the almond paste was excessive and distracted from the flavor of the squid. The pork chop was massive but should have included some side vegetables. As for the service, it's usually fine, but this time we got a young waiter who seemed inexperienced. There was a very long delay for one of our drinks, which was awkward because the other person's wine had been served right away. The waiter failed to keep us posted or communicate what the problem was; he avoided our gaze and then didn't apologize at all for the wait. On the whole, it's a lovely spot as long as you don't expect consistently excellent food or service, despite the relatively high prices.

    A lovely welcome from the hostess. Choice of of dining locations in one of NYC’s most beautiful restaurants. Note: Flower on our table was dead. Helpful wait staff. Superb sommelier. Food beautifully presented. Excellent quality of all dishes selected.

    For some reason the women who handles the seating always seems to seat us at a sub par table and location. But to their credit the Maitre de did come over and offer to switch our table, which we elected not to to since we had already started our dining. The Bronzino was exquisite as was the desert and the service. We plan to come here more often and hopefully once we are regulars we will get some preferential seating as that seems to be how they roll.

    The ambiance was nice and the service was fantastic but the food was nothing special. I had the risotto of the day which was a little watery and could have had more flavor. The chocolate cake for dessert was dry. It was a nice restaurant but the food didn’t meet expectations.

    We eat often at the Leopard and it is always really nice. Excellent food and great service in a lovely atmosphere. It’s a bit pricey, especially for the main courses, but so are other similar places these days.

    Restaurant week menu was $60 for 3 courses. Apps - chose meatballs, alright. Soft and nice but didn’t particularly stand out. Mains - ragu pasta was okay. Nice to have peas in it. Again, didn’t particularly stand out. Another main was cuttle fish - extremely salty. We did think about asking to make it again, but thought maybe eating with bread would help. My partner gulped down water so much and emptied the tall glass of water twice just to go through his main. desserts - both of us had tiramisu. We both thought tiramsu was their best part of the meal. Service was great and general ambience very nice. Really wanted to like the place given it’s in the neighborhood and make it a regular spot, but we left very disappointed.
