   We go to Aruba annually (or more on occasion), The Lazy Turtle is on of only two restaurants that we eat at every time we go. The owners and staff are always friendly and accommodating. They have items on the menu that are unusual as well as more typical dishes but they are always delicious. The restaurant is in a mall but seems to be upgraded each time we go. I can't give the restaurant high marks for ambiance but I rate Overall at the highest grade possible because of how wonderful everything else is.

   Loved the pad Thai and my husband had the beef stroganoff! Both great! Kids options were limited and the staff were extremely busy. They needed more help but the live music and atmosphere were fantastic

   My shrimp pot was good; husband's grouper in banana peel was lacking taste. Drinks were good. You can shop while you wait for dinner to arrive.

   The dinner selection was very Caribbean and interesting Although the meal itself was above average, the service was awful. Extremely long periods between servings, total lack of attention by the waiter, and a support team that seemed totally unorganized. When asked a question if the waiting be blatantly lied and when asked about it he in so much said yeah I know so what. He tried to off set the issue with a 10% discount and our desert for free but their lack of professionalism would cause me not to recommend this restaurant to a vacationer. Very disappointing!!!

   Everything started out promising. The drinks and Ceviche were excellent. The food was good, but it could have been hotter. I am not sure if the waiter forgot about the order as other people’s came out before ours did when they were seated after. The staff was friendly. I wish the main meal was a bit better. Again, the Ceviche was excellent, probably the best I ever had.
