   We booked at table for my graduation lunch, thinking we would be in the Laureate itself but were taken to the graduate Bar instead. The table was very comfortable but the choice of food was quite poor for such an occasion; sandwiches pizzas and salads. What we ordered was good enough but quite overpriced. I had a chicken fillet burger and fries. The salad my mother got with her lamb kebab was not as she would have hoped, the sauce was watered down and the salad was bland and basic.

   A smart restaurant with excellent staff. The food was ok. Not amazing but fine - slightly overpriced in my opinion. The low summer sun is an issue in some of the seating areas. I moved tables to finish my drink because of it.

   Great pre concert meal at The Laureate. Great food and service, well recommended.

   The steak was perfectly cooked, but very chewy which made it difficult to eat. The fried eggs and the mushroom were absolutely perfect though, I really did enjoy those. The cheese on the pizza tasted really good at first, but then after a while it started to taste like low quality cheese.

   Dine in valentine night. Food was delicious and decent. Environment is quiet and clean. Staffs are nice. While improvement of hot chocolate and hot tea will be prefect.

   We had a light lunch here before a visit to the Royal Northern College of Music which is located opposite. The service was pleasant and the curries we chose were tasty and warming on a cold day . Although the ambience is that of a large modern hotel, it was a convenient and welcoming place overall.

   Very good quality of food & drinks. Good service. We were the only diners in restaurant on a Monday night. If staying in that hotel I would dine here again.

    Waited ages for food even though it was empty. Starter came with main which wasn’t asked for like that. Sat with dirty plates for about 30 minutes after finishing food, no one came to check on us, take them away so I moved them myself. Only offered one drink! Again had to goto the bar myself to ask for drinks. One waitress was more interested in the football match that was on the big screen. Food was delicious, can’t fault that one bit. Very expensive however for what we had and the disappointing service
