   Food was fantastic. The atmosphere was really great. The service was OK. If you’re in downtown, Louisville, I would recommend you stop in and enjoy this place.

   The food and service was FANTASTIC! BEST thin crust pizza I have ever had. PIZZA is amazing. Drinks are off the chain. Its a memory you will never forget. BEST place to take out of towners!! Bourbon WALL is largest ever. RUN too!

   Went here during derby week and we were obsessed with the vibes. The drinks were very good, but the pizza was incredible!

   Although the facility is beautiful with all of the bourbons in a fantastic display, I would not recommend going there for anything but a look-see and then move on. We were seated at our reserved table promptly. Then it took 50 minutes to get waited on and receive our drinks. During that time, we asked, twice, to see the advertised "Bible" of bourbon.......it never arrived. The front vestibule with the bathrooms was closed off and we were directed outside to the courtyard to a group of unisex bathrooms which were, in a word, nasty! There was an unknown yellowish liquid on the seats and floors surrounding the toilets, toilets were not flushed, and the hand dryer did not work. We reported this to one of the waitstaff, but we had no confidence that it would be attended to. This was definitely not a positive experience. We will not go back with out-of-town guests again.

   This place was more than I expected. The ambiance is great. It’s romantic, it’s fun and I can’t wait to go back. If you love whiskey and Bourbons, you will not regret stopping by here. The food was great and the drinks were even better. Each area has its own vibe. We sat in the Bourbon room. I’ve never seen anything like it. Take a look at their Bourbon Bible.

   The food wasn’t great and the service was mediocre at best. It was a beautiful place, what little that could be seen because it was pitch black. I assume is it was that dark to illuminate the walls of bourbon. One time is plenty. And how can a restaurant be out of burgers? The food menu is very short,not great.

   Chef’s kiss on the food it was amazing! The drinks were so yummy and amazing! Overall vibe inside and out was top notch! Service was a little slow but the atmosphere was entertaining during the wait. Will definitely be going back!

    This is my second time going to the last refuge we had an amazing time there the staff was amazing the food and drinks were fantastic. I definitely recommend this beautiful spot for people who want to have a calm and relaxing place to drink with friends!
