   Very beautiful Easter high tea and nice service. However background music was very loud - would be better with something ambient. A bit pricey with the public holiday surcharge on top, but the high tea items were beautifully designed & displayed and delicious.

   Beautifully presented menu, delicate flavours and well balanced. Desserts were elegant and delightful !

   High Tea at the Langham Hotel, Sydney was a very enjoyable experience. The food was varied, beautifully presented and full of flavour. The staff were attentive and friendly and the atmosphere in the Harbour Room was relaxed and comfortable.

   The Langham is an elegant hotel hotel in Sydney, offering a delicious afternoon tea. There's perfectly balanced finger sandwiches, warm pies topped with an Aussie classic red sauce, warm scones and delicate petit fours that look as pretty as a picture. The selection of tea is good. And the service is exceptional. Absolutely recommend!

   The food was generous and delicious. Unfortunately there weren’t not enough wait staff so service was slow though everyone tried their best. We sat for a long time before drinks were served and I was surprised that we were charged for water and coffees. Overall, a lovely experience that could have been improved with more staff.

   We were excited about the prospect of going out for lunch on Christmas Day in Sydney, not done that before. What a poor outcome at the Langham for what was meant to be a special occasion. At around 1hour between courses the enjoyment soon got stripped away, and a bumbling service full of excuses and confusion as to what was going on. There appeared to be a shortage of service staff and the kitchens looked empty, just not what expected for a high performing kitchen! An obvious lack of understanding by the service staff on the food courses, obviously not properly briefed about the day, left us shaking our heads. The food was just about adequate, the table layouts very basic and cheap. No festive ambience and a very poor value for money experience. A complete miss by the hotel and 4 hours later we left saying never again, well certainly not there! Shame we expected so much more for $1000 !

   A pleasant afternoon tea at the Langham however the traditional scones were quite disappointing. They were more like a biscuit than a traditional fluffy scone very small. Service ok but also a bit slow to bring out the afternoons tea!

    Don't bother paying for the birthday dessert platter, for $48 it's a row of four chocolates. Views are limited, we faced the housing commission flats. Service was accommodating and they didn't mind us having two young kids in the group.
