A delightful wine bar tucked off the main road. Lorenzo made us feel very at home and prepared an exquisite food selection. The wine selection is excellent, and the service and ambiance are outstanding. Tops my list of places to dine in Galway.

It was great to meet Lorenzo and talk food, wine and football. It wasn't the corporate type wine bar but more intimate and authentic. Excellent presentation of food and detailed explanation of each chutney! Although a wee bit pricey, I would return and recommend for an intimate and informative experience!

My friend and I had a lovely time at The Lane Winebar. It’s got a great vibe, like a neighborhood bar. Low key atmosphere but the decor gives it a lively feel . We ordered a glass of wine each, the cheese/charcuterie board, the vegan board, a tapas order (6 tapas total) and a prosecco lemon sorbet to finish the night. The boards were beautifully presented and customized to order. It was nice to have a vegetarian board option for my friend. We both thought the dips were unique and very flavorful. and the tapas inventive and tasty. The sorbet was absolutely delicious. We enjoyed both of our wines. The owner, Lorenzo, was attentive and engaging and willing to chat with us and make conversation. He’s a one man show, serving everyone, making the boards, pouring the wine but he was on top of it. We would come back if we had the chance. Highly recommend.

Delicious! Had a lovely time, will definitely be back. Opted for the vegetarian option to share and a lovely bottle of portugués wine upon recommendation.

The best experience! Booked for me and my boyfriend and he absolutely loved it. Having everything on the charcuterie board explained to us and what is it and where it’s from is such a great touch! Would highly recommend.
