I’ve been before and have enjoyed the afternoon tea. The service yesterday was awful. No one took tea order for over 1/2 hour couldn’t get wait staff. Couldn’t eat when it came because we advised earlier of allergies and then no one could explain food. I had to get up and get glasses and serve my table of 5 water.

Service was great. Really liked sweet treats. But not really the scone I expected. Was too wet and hence sticky. For that, I’d put 4 stars. But awesome view of the Bay Area. The view worth checking out.
