Thanks great as always. Bonnie was the best. See you again
The staff were very accommodating and cheerful, considering they have to wear masks. Drinks came promptly as with the meal which was delicious.
A lovely lunch
I love Lagoon, excellent service, beautiful location overlooking the ocean, can’t get better
However, this visit I was not too pleased with the lobster .. I ordered the live lobster and ended up with the WA lobster special
I found it quite difficult to get out of the shell, so bit disappointing
I love lobster and have had before and not experienced this problem
We will be back as love this restaurant and the fabulous location
Best wishes to all

Great service and well priced.
6 of us attended for a birthday lunch. The service was above and beyond and the food was excellent.
Other than giving us the wrong bread that we ordered, everything else was good.
Goos for speacial occasions.
Disappointed , lobster dry over cooked shell served in seemed older than flesh, legs dry, had to ask for finger bowl, water cold, no hot hand towel, oyster were not freshly shucked , not cold, beef and lobster , about as much flesh as a prawn, dried out shell, requested lobster mornay from live lobsters , don’t believe we received that , flesh taken out and seemed like some was missing, not kept in tact with shell, Margherita cocktails not pleasing , overall wouldn’t return
I’m not saying the foods not good, I’m just sorry that you can get “simple” food there anymore. A traditional “fish & chips” doesn’t exist, it’s all very gourmet which I think is a shame.
It was a lunch to celebrate the start of a new and better 2021..as usual, the service, food, ambience and views were outstanding.
This is not the first time we’ve dined here. We’ve thoroughly enjoyed our previous experiences, however, Our order was misplaced causing a long delay in our meal being prepared, in all fairness the waiters approached us and informed before we had even realised how long it had been. They provided us with complementary garlic bread and a round of drinks. Unfortunately my meal was overbearingly salty. My partners steak was more than well done when he’d order medium-rare and we did not finish either
Great meal great service but a little pricey
Food was really good - enjoyed the starters and the mains (barramundi was excellent). Nice location next to the lagoon. Quite noisy though - too family friendly so there were loud kids everywhere. Nice meal other than that. This
I’d keep this place my secret! Repeat diner!
Great table service, great meal selections,
Pricey but worth it! Excellent seafood menu, and fabulous juicy steaks!
My Husband and I pick this Restaurant as we are always pleased with the view and the quality of the food.
Food was okay. Service was a little hit and miss. The actual restaurant is looking tired, needs a makeover.
The seafood platter is still the signature dish. However they might want to change the mornay dishes. Cheesy white sauce should have stayed in the 80's. It spoilt the beautiful lobster and gorgeous oysters
Staff were lovely
Booked highlighting food allergies which were not catered for. After 45 mins into 2 hour sitting asked for entree. Asked several times for each course and then at the end we’re asked to hurry up and leave for next sitting which were blocking doorway and definitely not socially distanced. Was the issue lack of training or not enough staff?
The food was not good and value for the price but the seafood is fresh.
The service is good
The view is excellent
Been to lagoon a couple of times now, both times for date night with my partner and couldn’t fault it, food and service both amazing! Seafood platter for two is sensational, could have eaten more but that’s because it was so delicious!!
Place forfamily'dinner, nice view
The Lagoon is always wonderful and perfect for celebrating special occasions.
We had booked for a table off 4 when arriving waitress had no idea we’re to seat us as we stood around looking for a table..
we had a different waiter/waitress every minute who didn’t know what we had ordered for food and drinks.
In particular two female waitresses seemed like they didn’t want to be there and had no clue what they were doing was a let down from previous occasions dinning at the lagoon.
Great food and service
It was our 44th wedding anniversary and I had high expectations but unfortunately I was so disappointed. The noise level was unbearable and the waitress got our order wrong. When we let her know she didn’t want to change it but I said I would not eat it, so she changed it and dropped it on the table and left. But it got worse, the seafood platter for two was terrible the lobster was dry and tasteless the oysters were watery as were the prawns. The whole experience was so very disappointing .
Our second of visit after being wowed the first time. Very underwhelming this time. It was a group booking and all the entrees were excellent. They fell down with the mains. Barramundi which was overcooked and tasted awful. Snapper that was under cooked. For the price, very minimal sides as part of the mains. Very disappointed.
We were there to celebrate our parents 60th Wedding Anniversary and it was amazing
Very disappointed last couple of visits food was not up to usual standards very expensive for meals arriving cold and fish under cooked staff are still very friendly but glassware and cutlery were dirty won’t be hurrying back for the price there are better options to visit other restaurants
Great seafood platter for 2, heaps of food, well cooked and well servred.
Nice place on the waterfront, very good service
Very quick service, great food, was very loud and couldn’t hear very well
The whole experience was amazing and always is every time we visit.
Our favourite restaurant, great service amazing food good selection of Aussie wines and the best cream caramel

The lobster in the Platter was overpowered by the creamy sauce with not much meat.
Service was fantastic with the staff making sure we enjoyed our experience.
We particularly go to The Lagoon for the seafood platter. The platter was about 15% more expensive than last time and I felt there was actually less food.
Left feeling very discouraged, not sure if will go back. Took 35 min to get water for the table after asking 3 times. Drinks were ordered, took ages for them to come as well considering it wasn't that busy. Stuff up with meals which weren't up to standard either. Only good thing was manager gave us a $10 discount on our meal for each person & a free drink
Loved the table no. 5 and the friendly staff and service
Several weeks ago, the day before restrictions in restaurants were lifted, our family dined at the Lagoon for lunch. Much to our surprise the restaurant was packed, I have never seen so many people crammed in there, both inside and out. The service we received was terrible. Before dinner was served a full beer was tipped on my nephew and brother, who then had to sit in drenched clothes for the remainder of lunch. A second drink was then knocked over on the table onto a mobile phone, which w
