   Had a couple drinks outside the restaurant before was very poor , ash flying about everywhere was very dirty and took about 20 minutes sitting there before we was actually served however redeemed itself when we actually when into korean cowgirl - good value for money

   Service wasn’t welcoming and atmosphere wasn't pleasant. we were charged full price for an alcohol free cocktail?? They forgot our fries and despite telling us those will be taken off the bill - our bill still had them included. Service charge was too much for the service we received. The food didn’t taste nice - the wings were dry and burned and tasted horrible. They asked to collect our plates only 10 mins into our meal… and when I asked them to leave the mac and cheese on the table they took away the cutlery? lol I don’t recommend and will not be returning here

   Food ok, fairly expensive, what really let this restaurant down was the service, poor welcome when we arrived, slow service, we had to ask repeatedly for things, very slow to clear away plates when we had finished. No one asked if we wanted more drinks/desserts. We gave up in the end and got the bill.

   So food is amazing, really tasty. Before we explain lol we asked to take a seat on the deck before our table was ready and they said it’s table service but it took nearly 30mins to get a drink and we had to go back up to the bar to order as they had forgotten us ;( our intro to the menu was very basic compared to the service on the table next to us they had a full explanation of everything. Not a biggy but we felt left out. Then an optional ! Service charge of 12.5% was added to the bill without us being aware. We worked it out when we left. No wonder their service is not as good as expected. Although food was very good the cost of a burger that was just a burger was a bit much. But hey you live and learn. Not a cheap night out ;) service could be better

   Nice environment. Very quiet customer wise while we were there. Ordered food to be then told 2 of the dishes weren’t available. Disappointing. Had a jug of water, the jug clearly needed a good clean. View of a horrid overflowing waste bin was off putting. Served by 4 different, but polite staff one of which was very good at checking for allergies. No one asked us if everything was ok with our meal or if we wanted more drinks…. we finally got the barman’s eye…. and this was a quiet evening. Meat platter was excellent, don’t bother with the light bite peppers - tasteless. Price was ok. Would we go again, no.

   The venue was beautiful, first time coming to the cave. Food was lovely, all staff was friendly and welcoming.

   The service was very slow today (Good Friday), and although it was reasonably busy for lunchtime it wasn’t rammed! We waited 45 mins for our food and I think it was under-staffed, but when it did arrive it was very nice and the staff were all very friendly . It was our first time here and it was all very nice apart from this, and it won’t put us off going again. Thank you TKC!

   Dined at the Korean cow girl beautiful food Then sat outside under the canopy where we me Maddie who was serving the outside area What a fantastic young lady a total.credit to the team polite funny and so helpful answering any questions we had and could clearly see she enjoys her job give the girl a raise. Only critic about the whole evening were the drinks prices and service charge with each drink Personally I don't think there is any need for it and is quite off putting if you want to come for a decent drink

    We arrived and was seated, it took over 20mins for someone to arrive at the table despite it being quite. When the lady arrived she asked if we wanted food and drink, which we obviously did having booked a table for dinner? She just seemed confused and inattentive. Food arrived, we were asked what sauces we would like but sadly none arrived at the table. When we had finished we waited a further 20 mins before having to call someone over to ask about a children's dessert, we ordered a child's dessert and asked to see a menu for adults desserts which took another 10 mins to arrive, the child's dessert arrived and the guy pushed it on the table into all our empty food plates that were not cleared, as he walked off I asked him back to clear the table. Our desserts arrived after our little one had eaten so he had to sit and watch us eat. I just think for the price you pay and the place it is service was very poor. To throw a tip on there for such poor service is also absolutely ridiculous.
