We visited this restaurant for the first time as a treat for my son’s birthday. The food was fair but could have been hotter, especially the meat platter and fries. Good flavours though. I was disappointed to see that they had added 12.5% service charge onto the bill but unfortunately I did not notice this until we had left the restaurant. I would rather make up my own mind as to how much tip to give the staff members & not be dictated to by the restaurant.

Excellent venue, lovely staff and good food. Prices are high but so is quality in spite of the team being flat out busy when we were in!

We visited for a 40th birthday meal and every person on our table was very happy with all the food and the service we recieved. The food was absolutely amazing. Service was amazing. Even served my partner with a birthday treat aswell. Cant fault it all all.

Food was excellent, but service missed the mark. We visited for my partner’s birthday and were warmly greeted on arrival and shown to our table. Unfortunately, it was placed between two large, lively tables, making us feel a bit in the way as the tables are extremely close together. We politely asked if we could move to one of the empty tables in the centre of the room (it was a quiet Sunday afternoon), but were told we had to sit where we were as they 'needed to fill the outside first'. It just took a bit of the shine off the experience.

Sunday evening, we did arrive early and was seated as the restaurant was probably 2 thirds empty. We had to wait a good 15 minutes to give out order, and after a while waiting for food, it arrived okay. The doors to the outside were wide open, which the day before would have been amazing, however it was very windy and the food went cold super quickly. We had to ask for our drinks as we had been served our food 10 months prior, I think they just forgot. I have been on a busy Saturday and the staff were much more attentive. Having the doors open to the patio where people are vaping and smoking means I probably won't go back until the winter. Shame, such a good restaurant let down by silly decisions that impact a lot of people. Either have a no smoking patio, or keep the doors shut.

It's all about thr food, just incredible!! Yes, it is on the more expensive side, but when you experience it, it is worth every penny
