Our server Ava was fantastic, good small talk, good recommendations, checked in on us regularly. Loved her. Food was ok, tasted ok, but came out room temp and for £70 the two person sharing board could definitely have been bigger to get the value for money. Ambience was different, in a good way, like an American-Korean smokehouse - as you’d expect.

All the staff were very polite and helpful . Food was amazing full of flavour . My partner loved the Jack caramel milkshake ! I just wish there was more choice on the menu . Will definitely return

Do not be misled by menu pics. It looked like slop. 2 wafer thin rashers of pork, overcooked, too much sauce, too much garlic, noodles pretty awful. Overpriced £4 for a post mix coke that was mostly ice. Screens to take your mind off the food I guess.

We visited this restaurant for the first time as a treat for my son’s birthday. The food was fair but could have been hotter, especially the meat platter and fries. Good flavours though. I was disappointed to see that they had added 12.5% service charge onto the bill but unfortunately I did not notice this until we had left the restaurant. I would rather make up my own mind as to how much tip to give the staff members & not be dictated to by the restaurant.

Excellent venue, lovely staff and good food. Prices are high but so is quality in spite of the team being flat out busy when we were in!

We visited for a 40th birthday meal and every person on our table was very happy with all the food and the service we recieved. The food was absolutely amazing. Service was amazing. Even served my partner with a birthday treat aswell. Cant fault it all all.

Food was excellent, but service missed the mark. We visited for my partner’s birthday and were warmly greeted on arrival and shown to our table. Unfortunately, it was placed between two large, lively tables, making us feel a bit in the way as the tables are extremely close together. We politely asked if we could move to one of the empty tables in the centre of the room (it was a quiet Sunday afternoon), but were told we had to sit where we were as they 'needed to fill the outside first'. It just took a bit of the shine off the experience.
