   Food was excellent, will defo be visiting again soon! Staff were lovely however it did feel a little rushed as plates were being cleared as soon as food was finished although other person was still eating. It's not the cheapest place to eat so would have liked to have been left alone to enjoy our meal for a little longer.

   New restaurant but has been designed very well. Atmosphere is great and all the staff we spoke to were excellent. They presented themselves very well, covering every aspect to tap water on the table, allergies, any extras. They couldn’t have done more. Ours was a birthday occasion and they did a small decorated plate with brownies for my daughter. Well worth a visit.

   The venue it's self is beautifully done but given that it was a busy evening it lacked atmosphere. I can't really fault the food, it was nice but for the cost it seemed rather overpriced- I've recently visited a smoke house in central London and another locally and thought both were better and were less. Considering they stick an extra 12.75% service charge on your bill, the service was very slow, I wouldn't go as far as say poor but it certainly wasn't good.

   Very good atmosphere, finally once order was taken food was quick to arrive before the drinks. It wasn’t that busy so thought service would have been quicker from the waitress

   Family of 5 Good food Good service Well priced. Our son loved watching the various sports on the big screens. Kept him occupied!

   Second time at the Korean cow girl Ashford. We arrived early so we went to the bar area. Stood at the bar for a good 10 minutes before being served. The cocktail I ordered didn’t come with any garnishes as it was supposed to and the staff member was very friendly at all. Eventually we were seated in the restaurant and placed our food order. After 20 minutes we received our side….15 minutes later we received one main….30 minutes later and still missing a main. I then stated that I no longer wanted it as my daughter had finished her food and was ready to leave. This happened to countless people that evening, receiving there food orders at random intervals and not all together like it should have been. The Mac and cheese has also been downsized as we had this at the cave and it was double the size for the same price. A lot of improvements need to take place for this restaurant to match up to its sister one ( the cave )

    Absolutely dreadful! We arrived at 8.15pm for our booked table and were told to wait in the bar as our table wasn't quite ready. Half-an-hour later we enquired at reception if our table was ready yet and were advised they'd accidentally given it someone else! We eventually were seated and waited a further twenty minutes for our order to be taken. Over an hour later our side orders had been delivered but our main courses were nowhere to be seen. After ninety minutes, two sorry-looking burgers finally arrived that resembled the sort of three-quid offerings you'd expect to be served from a roadside chuck-wagon - certainly not worth the sixteen-quid each we were being charged for them! Constantly watching carrier-bags of food exiting the kitchen to be collected as take-aways, whilst waiting for well over an hour for our food arrive was more than a little annoying! If you're going to run a restaurant guys, run a restaurant - if you're going to run a take-away kitchen...do just that - don't try to mix the two, as you're clearly not capable of doing so effectively! It's quite obvious that the kitchen can't cope with the take-away orders on top of the restaurant demands and as a result people are waiting ages for their food, which in turn leads to tables not being vacated in time for the next bookings - it's not rocket science! If you are going to prioritise extra profit from take-way orders over & above the satisfaction of your restaurant guests and ruin your reputation as a result, then just keep doing what you're doing! To be fair the manager apologised profusely, comp'd all our food and gave us free drinks but the evening out was ruined for myself and my wife. We didn't go there for free third-rate burgers! We certainly shall not be frequenting this establishment again and shall not be recommending it to others.
