   Greeted by young lads, table booked at 2pm but arrived early, no problem, menus explained and drinks order taken, Jack Daniel’s milkshake(shouldn’t work, but it does, and works well). Food order taken, Dirty board for 2, Mac-n-cheese, cowgirl salad, 15 mins wait for food to arrive, board explained with the various meats on it, meats tasted delicious and melt in the mouth, mac-n -cheese, was then brought out, macaroni cooked as should be, but it did lack a cheesy flavour(needed more cheese and a hint of mustard, for our taste buds), salad brought to table near end of meal, bit disappointed, table cleared once finished, but asked if everything was to out pleasure, offer dessert menu, opted for Key Lime pie, took 15 mins for dessert to arrive. Bill requested, reasonable priced. Decor is fantastic, well thought out, nice and quiet for a late lunch, could be buzzing at an evening. Had 4 different servers, so not sure who to tip, however a discretionary 12.5% service charge is added, not a fan of this, but service started with young lass who greeted us, she was top of her game, keen to make you feel welcome and keep you informed, then young lad, very attentive, 2 other young lasses, seemed less attentive and going through the motions. Would I use again, yes, to try the Ramen Bowls. 5 stars not awarded, due to staff that go above and beyond get 5 stars, however, the prices charged, you expect the best, food was excellent, service was average, venue decorated excellently.

   Great service. Very busy (it was a Friday night) but we were always looked after. The sharing platters are very large - we had a 2 person platter between 3 and still too much food. Will be back again

   Great service, food came quickly, lovely dishes, lots of good, in fact too much but hubby polished it all off 🤪

   Food was amazing unfortunately the waiter cleared out plates but took the bones off our plates with his own hand yuk and they tried to charge us for a bottle of wine we didn't have

   Over priced food for what you get some of the food was really tasty the boys liked the wings the best would of been nice for the price we paid that chips and salad was included

   I had a wonderful meal at The Korean Cowgirl with my family for my birthday. It was our first visit and everything from the staff to the atmosphere to the food was exceptional. Everyone was so welcoming and made it so enjoyable. The service was fast and the food was excellent. A few of us shared the 4 person board which is £120 but worth every penny. Will definitely be back to try some other dishes.

   The Rice bowl is very dry… had to ask for some extra sauce which took a while - only got 5 bits of brisket on it- not great value for £20! Ive had better microwave meals Air con was on too high and we were freezing Its very noisy… great if you are out celebrating with friends but not really if you are wanting a quiet, low key meal The table for 2 was so small you couldn’t fit everything on it when the food came out… it felt like they had crammed as many tables as possible. On the plus side the rest of the food was nice and the staff were friendly

   Loved the food and great service! A shame some areas are quite cramped seating wise, made for awkward seating/moving around. Only complaint!

    Food was amazing. Service was okay. It was really busy and giving grace since they opened a couple of weeks ago. The staff was very nice but not attentive. Understandable that food took a while and came out as it was done not all together so everyone got their meals at different times. Drinks took the longest overall and we had to flag staff over if we wanted more drinks. The food again was really good. Best brisket in Kent by far. Burnt ends weren’t as tender as they should be but that’s a personal preference. The ambience was great! Really love the cowboy hats. Felt like I was back in Texas. Austin specifically. Overall I think it was a great experience. Will most likely get better after working out new opening kinks. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
