Good service, good food.
Would have liked it better if there were some "home made" desserts (they were very Costco-like).

It was my father's birthday. We wanted to do brunch. I thought they would do something special. Like say thank you or Happy Birthday. Instead, the confusion and argument lead to a hangry argument and the hostess was extremely rude and didn't apologize for her remarks. She indirectly asked me if "I understood correctly". I work in public relations and I understand the difficulty that takes place over the phone. But confirming it in person would make sense that we would receive brunch at 10:45AM. The hostess explained it that we would get a breakfast brunch for 15 minutes and then switches to lunch for the remaining of the time. I was confused on my part because I said "that's weird for brunch" but delightedly confirmed it.

I would have been more appreciated if she explained that breakfast, lunch and brunch is different. But as far as I knew, brunch was both breakfast and lunch. I guess I have to go back to grade school to understand the meaning of everyday words because she never apologized for the misunderstanding and I thought that was rude from a customer service point of view.

However, one person shouldn't ruin your day. The hostess just had bad etiquette.

We had a great time. Good food. Breakfast buffet is reasonable price and includes juice and coffee and children under 5 are free and provided a high chair. Wonderful service. Will be back

Overall a good experience. Some of the items in the buffet weren't adequately stocked. The ribs were awesome but ran out a few times. Chicken parm was great too.

We had originally made our reservation for 6.30 on a Thursday evening. It's a good job we checked with the maître'd before hand. There was NO RESERVATION. Open Table did not pass on our reservation. Luckily we were able to get a reservation through the maître'd. The evening and dining were great, but no thanks to Open Table. Next time we'll book direct.

We were very disappointed with our meal ...... again. The theme of the buffet was Around the Globe. The beef Wellington was very well done and tough. The salmon was over cooked. The soup was bland and tasteless. The only reason we went was that we had our granddaughter with us and this was the only restaurant she was allowed in. We won't be going back. Should have gone to WEM's food court instead.

I think they were running out of certain items by the time i got a table. If they cleared table faster I think they will be able to serve more customers and make more$

Cold crab legs, overcooked tough sirloin steak, terrible excuse for Surf and Turf. We go to the Kitchen Bistro about four or five times a year, seems to be slowly going downhill. Really disappointed.

We were greeted immediately on arrival. Our reservation was confirmed and we were seated shortly after arriving. Great, friendly service and the food was amazing. We particularly enjoyed the roast lamb with mint jelly and the New York striploin on this fantastic buffet. Overall, a wonderful experience and we certainly will dine here again!

Great food as always!!! The chefs there are so accommodating to allergies. We love going to River Cree For the dining and atmosphere. We even had our wedding reception there! Chop night on Thursday is wondrfful. The lamb is delicious and the pork ribs were really good.

We went as a family of 5 (3 young children) for my birthday. It was Rib nite and we usually pick kid friendly places where the kids don't have to wait long for food.

From the moment we arrived we were treated like gold. Our server was super nice. When we went to get our food the chef talked to my kids and offered to make them kid friendly food if they wanted anything. So, my kids got a personal basket of fries. He then delivered it to our table and gave them each a mini bottle of ketchup which they thought was awesome. We then had a dessert chef come by and ask the kids if they wanted a tour of the kitchen for a cookie (my 2 and 3 year old got super shy) so she then offered to bring them ice cream.

The food was really good. I was pretty happy with the selection (quality over quantity). The mussels were my favourite and my 3 year old devoured the ribs. I am usually not a fan of buffet desserts but the selection here was amazing! I had to try each one and they were delicious! They had German dark chocolate, lemon macaroons, baked berry crumble, crème brule doughnuts and more.

The price for the buffet was amazing! Our family ate for under $70.

I highly recommend eating here, we saw many families and groups and we were treated so well.

the servers could have shown more attention instead of talking to each other , pay attention to the customers.we stood at the roast beef station waiting for service while the staff were discussing who serves who ? the omelet station should have easier to see, you kinda missed it. the shrimp shooters seemed to be a waste of sauce for one shrimp (less sauce or more shrimp) the oven roasted potatoes were very salty , not very much in the starch choices (pasta, rice even fries) for the cost we found the quality not what you would expect $29 a head was a bit pricey for the selection. this was a birthday brunch , not so impressed , we had heard it was really good . won't be going back for sure , sorry but $120 for brunch and not happy with the food was not a great birthday treat .
the server at the table however was very attentive and she was good

We were able to get in right on time, thanks to our reservation. The food was pretty much as we expected, as they have the same rotating menu for each night of the week. (This was "Chops and Ribs Night") It was cooked with care, and well-presented. We will certainly come here again, and recommend it to friends and family.

This restaurant has a different food theme depending on the night of the week. We have been to Thursday night "Ribs and Chops" and Friday night "Grab the Crab" for Alaskan snow crab and the food was great! On Friday, the place was packed but it was worth the wait. I would go and eat earlier next time though, or plan to gamble for an hour while waiting for a table.
