Welcome to our famous wood panelled dining room where you can enjoy a variety of dishes, inspired by a love of modern British food, the menus are built with a unique variety using the best quality produce & ingredients, much of which is locally sourced.

Our Set menu menu is served Monday to Friday 12pm - 5pm with evening service from 6pm until 8.30pm and Saturday 12pm-2.30pm.
Our table D'hote is served Saturday between 6pm - 8.30pm. Our beautifully crafted A La Carte menu is served every day . Our famous Sunday lunch service is from 12pm-7pm..

We welcome children aged 5 and over.

For tables of 10 and over, we require a £10 per person non refundable deposit. Tables are only confirmed once the deposit has been received.

For tables over our festive period, we will require a deposit for tables over 6 people.

We will also only issue one bill on the evening for large parties.

Whilst we will do our best, we cannot guarantee a window table upon booking.

The Kingsway is a beautiful venue in a beautiful location with the restaurant overlooking Cleethorpes seafront. The staff were amazingly attentive throughout. The food I would only mark as average, I like Melba Toast but not being a fan of Brioche that didn't work for me. Not much you can get wrong with a Prawn Cocktail it was pleasant and fresh. Beef Bourguignon left a lot to be desired, nothing like what I would expect Beef Bourguignon to be. Its presentation with green vegetables and Dauphinoise potatoes although a good accompaniment lacked imagination. All my dining companions had the same, so other than saying what food I saw delivered to other tables looked nice I can't comment on the whole menu.

Wide range of options for starters and mains in the set menu. Excellent value for money. Good sized portions. A La carte is also worth trying. Haven’t been disappointed with any of our choices over the past year. I would recommend the creme brûlée for dessert, or even better, the 3 small taster desserts on the set menu. Just right !

The service was first class but I was slightly disappointed with my main dish. On previous visits I have had two vegs on a dish with my meal. The menu stated meal with seasonal vegs but all I got was peas. Was disappointed with that. Everything else was fine. The serving staff are to be commended. Thank you.

Food was great. Service was amazing. My only criticism would be that the room was a little on the warm side. I would definitely eat here again.

From start to finish the service was excellent, we were looked after, the food and drinks were 10/10, this was our first visit to the Kingsway but we will definitely be back and would recommend to anybody who wants a lovely meal with fantastic service and ambient atmosphere.

First visit to The Kingsway & will definitely return. Service was first class from arriving to leaving. Was lovely sat in lounge to begin with & ordering food & having a drink. The food was absolutely amazing, especially the mushroom starter.

Very enjoyable all round. The quality of the food, presentation, service and atmosphere is hard to beat. Friendly, professional and extremely good value. The staff could not do enough to ensure we enjoyed our meal without over-doing it. My friend had the best fish pie she can remember. Would definitely return and recommend it highly. It is clear that everybody in the entire operation cares and is doing their best to give you a good experience.
