   The venue was nice, food, service and overall experience was really good and I would recommend it.

   The mark for service is regarding how our guest with coeliacs disease was handled. Having a large brochure plonked on the table in front of her is not conducive to a pleasant night out. Our server dealt with the situation as best as she could, as did the chef, but why not mark this information on the menu? The Kings Head is still one of my favourite places to eat, even more so if Staropramen was back on draft

   We took our granddaughter and her partner to the King's Head for Sunday lunch Both she and her partner were very impressed with the food and service We always enjoy our meal at the King's Head thank you

   We had such a wonderful experience at the kings head, not only was the food outstanding the service was second to none will most definitely be returning Thank you

   A very nice meal, service was a little slow, due to a busy Easter Sunday, but very pleasant staff. Unfortunately, the ambience was uncomfortable as it felt very cold in the restaurant. Otherwise, very pleasant.

   One of the worst meals we've ever had. Food was either burnt, cold or not brought out with the rest of the party's meals leaving 1 person without and the rest feeling guilty for eating. The Yorkshire Puddings were so bad it became funny, they were either flat and as hard as a saucer or black as coal. The Menu is misleading to the point of borderline Trade Descriptions taking an interest. The "Rustic Skin on Chips" were chunky oven chips with no skin on. The honey roasted carrots hadn't ever been introduced to a drop of honey. Waitresses were nice enough but the service wasn't great, plenty of empty glasses and no one asked if we wanted anything else. Put it down to understaffed and over worked. Waitress and a Manager did attempt to appease by taking items off the bill but it didn't really cut it, we'd all had enough and just wanted to get out of there. Never going there again, such a shame though because everyone I spoke to said it used to be nice. Ah well.

   A lovely evening probably the best meal I have had at the kings head. Staff are lovely. Most enjoyable
