   The food was decent but it took hour and half to get our food and the waitress started out okay with the dri KS and it went down hill after that. Because she was avoiding us and she never came back to check on us. And after all we had to go through and speaking to the manager about our food she still she should get a tip on the side. Also when you with cash make sure you check your money and receipt to make sure you get the correct change back. We want be going back. First time experience we were disappointed

   It was my daughters 16th birthday and I had spoken to the general manager through email and phone conversations prior to reserving a table for 20. I was promised the private room which I did not get because another party was there when we arrived at 7:15. We we not seated until 7:45 our party was broken up into 4 booths we could not all see or talk to each other. It took and hour to order drinks and food another 45 minutes to an hour before we could eat or drink. I and another adult had to get up to look for our server and manager s in an attempt to expedite the service. We asked for more than one server because of the party size but that didn’t happen either. Service was slow and the restaurant didn’t seem to be that full. They did comp 3 meals that did not come out when everyone else was served but that could not make up for the horrible experience.

   The food was very bland and didn’t have flavor, they also didn’t have the claw cracker things which we didn’t know when we ordered, no one told us, so I’m not sure how they expected us to eat the crab legs without them.

   The restaurant was clean and spacious. The music played was nice as well. It gave it a family friendly feel. I definitely appreciated how attentive the server was to us. I will definitely return when I’m in town again.

    The waitress that were on shift that evening were not attentive. Shortly after about 15 minutes the hostess moved us to another seating area. Due to the waiter not taking any more customers. We were moved to another seating area. The waitress in that section did not acknowledge us nor did she care to ask us if we needed service. She bluntly just walked pass us and not even looked towards us. The waitress Maleeka came from another section just to help us with our order drinks and food. Five stars for Maleeka at The King Claw- Columbus Ga location. She really came provide great quality customer services. The other two need more training on how to handle customers.     I have been to a couple other crab boil places here & I like King Claw because the sauce is not over-salty. The King Claw sauce comes in extra hot too, which is perfectly spiced to be hot but not too hot. The value for any of the boil combos is spot-on & we have taken home leftovers even. The restaurant itself is beautiful & nicely decorated. The noise level is not too bad for a fun place to eat. Overall, we’ve enjoyed our meals here the times we’ve came & we know we’ll return in the future.

    The food and portion sizes are appropriate for the price. It’s a great experience - it reminds me of seafood restaurants at the beach. Will definitely be coming back when we are in Columbus

    I was definitely unhappy with the crab legs. My son got two clusters and none of the meat came out cleanly. Had to destroy the entire shell to get any shreds of meat out. I also don't like bag concept. The food was super greasy and a mess. Service was meh

    We arrived for our reservation on Christmas and was told they were only providing take out orders. Confused I explained that I had a confirmed reservation. He explained he was the new GM and he is not sure what the old GM did. Unfortunately, we had to leave.

    Stayed for 15 minutes, no wait staff ever came to our table to acknowledge our presence. We left after 25 minutes of waiting to be approached. Horrible service. The young hostess was wearing bedroom slippers!
