The crab legs were overcooked and the rest of the seafood soggy. I have eaten at Juicy Seafood in Savannah and I expected the same great experience. Definitely not worth 1/2 of the money spent. Thank goodness the server was great!

We were a table of 7. Our waitress was attentive and the food timely and plentiful. If we have one issue, it is that no salads are offered on the menu. A bit of greenery would have been appreciated.

Disappointed that the grill menu was discontinued. Would recommend having new grill menu before removing old menu due to being allergic to seafood, I’m only able to eat fish did not leave many choices for me. That being said the food was delicious and service was excellent, very friendly, attentive and very professional.

The dinner boils are way way too expensive and they give twice the amount of food need. I am 6f2 / 250lbs and I got 2 large meals out of mine. Lower the portions and lower the price.

Service was great, waiter was attentive. He helped us with the best menu selections. I had the Sailor Boil for around $43. 2 3 Crab claws, 1/2 lb of shrimp 🍤 Potatoes 1 corn Side order of sausage. I ate all crab claws because I didn't want to reheat at home but could have easily stopped it two. I think they have me an extra claws by mistake 🤫Didn't get through all of my shrimp potatoes or sausage and brought the rest home. The hush puppies are to die for. They weren't burnt and the breading was perfect. They have little pieces of corn and them. Top that with some honey butter and you are all set! It was very clean inside restaurant and in bathroom. We dined around 6pmband there was no crowd. We made a reservation but probably didn't need it. Overall, I give 5 stars 🌟 Oh, in preparation start drinking your water throughout the day. I don't have HBP. Food that good has a ton of salt... I don't even want to know how much but its not for the HBP folk.😆 Dont think about it even if you are healthy. Just enjoy 😉

Terrible service, would not recommend dining in. 20 minutes to place a drink order, had to ask for everything, no silverware! Plastic fork & knife, no plates! The kicker, was, the server had to borrow a claw cracker from another server! A crab restaraunt did not have claw crackers! Server stated all the customers stole them! Lol

I don’t know if my expectations were high but everything was just ok. Nothing was impressive. The server was alright. We got king crab legs and a couple of clusters of snow crab and had to ask for crab crackers. There was 3 of us she brought 1. She grabbed the pair off of the table that was beside us. The restaurant was dirty. Had trash on the floor everywhere. You can tell nobody at the restaurant takes pride in their job or goes above and beyond. My son spilled his drink and the guy that came out to clean it was nice but besides that everything was mediocre. Wasn’t worth the 150$ I spent that’s for sure!

Our group of 6 tried 6 different steam pots. All of them were great. Waitress checked in several times and kept drinks filled. Highly recommend. If we had found it sooner on our vacation we would’ve eaten there again.

Food was great. Kids had shrimp tacos and they were delicious. We had the the boils and the king claw sauce was delicious. Lilly was out server and she has an amazing personality, she sang happy birthday and gave a slice of cheesecake to celebrate. It was more of a loud, fun atmosphere so great for a family outing.

It may have been a bad night, but we placed our order and waited 1 hour and twenty minutes and no food came to us. We cancelled our order ( as it still wasn’t even being prepared yet) paid for our drinks and left. One manager lied to us and said “ 5 more minutes” and the other manager gave us a $50 gift certificate ( which we used for the drinks)… They blamed it on a large party that was going on, but they continued to seat people… no idea how the food was as we couldn’t even get a hush puppy!!!

We came as first time guests to King Claw to celebrate my husband's birthday and thoroughly enjoyed it from the time we were sat down to the time we left. Robin was our waitress and she was amazing at suggestions and keeping on top of her customer service! Would definitely come back.

Great meal, and a great value; I did a very simple boil with just 1/2 pound of sausage, that meal was less expensive than a drive thru, I kid you not. My wife got the crab legs, they were fantastic. If you like seafood, you're in the right place. Robin our server was the best.

While on vacation, we were there based upon the recommendation from a hotel bellman (The Loutrel) for some of the best Low Country cuisine in Charleston. King Claw lived up to its reputation! Our only recommendation for improvement is that King Claw add salad to its menu.
